Very efficient service, with next day delivery when they received the product. Packed well. About to have it installed so hopefully all works perfectly.

Ordered a Blanco silgranit sink, looks great and all of the parts seem to be there. Haven't fitted it yet. Communication was good via their webchat. Delivery didn't happen on the day we were given (not Modern Kitchen's fault) but it was delivered the next day.

Ordered gas hob that had to come from Bosch.
Was pre warned of delivery timeframe that was fine
Excellent communication when posing the questions before ordering and when the hob was dispatched tracking information was provided
The cost of item was £70 cheaper that the normal big supplies

Was a 5 day delivery. Took almost 3 weeks. I pay delivery costs for a reason

Very Poor customer service! I ordered a sink on 4th January and it was not delivered until 30th January. I had no warning of any delay for delivery. And no email communication from them explaining there was a delay until 29/01 when i had chased my order several times. You can’t phone them as they don’t publish their phone numbers on the website. You are expected to follow the link on their order to see what they have posted. It was not kept up to date and not always accurate, so not helpful.
I shall not buy from them again!

New Siemens Hob.
Delivered the day after ordering despite some appalling weather.
Installed the same day and worked well.
Delivery driver was very polite.
Modern Kitchen staff very helpful with pre-order queries.

This company was the only place I could find with a 71cm induction hob available (ours had broken and we needed a replacement to fit our worktop)! I checked on my order progress by online chat and email - both were responded to quickly. The hob was delivered as advised by email. One small thing - none of the enclosed user manuals were in English but I found one online. I would use this company again.

Modern Kitchen Services supplied our recent purchase of a Franke Vital Capsule tap. They were significantly cheaper than buying from Franke direct (less than half price) and also much cheaper than the next online dealer. I had to wait until the tap arrived and the plumber had fitted before leaving my review to be 100% sure it was a fully working genuine part. It is. Great company providing amazing value.
