BE WARNED - Don’t buy Blanco products from them. They are NOT authorised Blanco retailers. Blanco will not accept warranty claims and refer you back to Modern Kitchen Appliances- who do not answer any emails about defects/warranty claims and have no phone number. They have no interest in resolving any after sales issues.

Order placed and appliance delivery was in under 24hrs can't ask for anything better than that.

The induction hob we ordered was delivered comfortably within the advised 7-10 working days and comfortably within the advised delivery window. So far, it's working perfectly. The only snag is that amongst the bundle of supplied manuals there isn't one in English.

The order process was very good and the goods were delivered in good order and within a couple of days.

I bought a lovely mixer tap for my kitchen. It was an excellent price and the delivery was very fast. I had an issue with a missing part, not Modern Kitchens fault, they were very helpful and found a replacement really fast.

We bought a blanco sink from MKA for nearly £500 for a new kitchen. When we opened the box to install it was found to have cracks in 3 corners. When we complained we were advised that as we did not report this within 7 days they would not replace or refund. I contacted Blanco who advised me that MKA are not an authorised seller of their products and so their manufacturer guarantee is not available- which it would have been though an authorised seller. The reality is MKA “source” products from who knows where and as such should not be used to save a few pounds - that are not worth it and did not care about customer service.

The response from MKA is incorrect - under the Consumer Rights Act all customers have up to 6 months to reject any item and it is for the retailer to provide the evidence that it was delivered properly and intact which MKA failed to do or even recognise consumer rights. As stated they are a reseller and are not to be as trusted as an authorised retailer of Blanco Sinks.

I bought a kitchen mixer tap, however before buying I used their online live chat to answer some of my queries. They were responsive and helpful.

Once the order the placed, the item was sent out the next working day. I was able to track the order once I had confirmation it was dispatched.

Found my blanco sink with this company. Great price and super efficient. Needed an extra accessory and they were quick to respond very helpful.

I wish I could give a 0 rating, but nor possible, took my money straight away. My sink says in transit since a week, Overnight courier although it hasn't came. No tracking no phone number to contact. Avoid this company at all costs. Not even sure if I will get my sink!

I ordered a ceramic hob and it was delivered next day free of cost. I tried other shops but was charged £30 and I had to wait for four five days before delivery.
I am very sorry that this company doesn't sell dryers otherwise I would purchase one.
