Would have given 5 stars but long dispatch nearly two weeks to receive order. Item arrived broken, contacted customer service by chat and email and received quick assistance. Sent item back and received new one shortly after. Can recommend

We purchased a Franke kitchen tap recently. Service was excellent and delivery was swift. While the tap wasn’t compatible, we had amazing service from Sandra. I would thoroughly recommend Modern Kitchen Appliances!

I was super happy with this company last year when I was sourcing a specific Franke tap to go with my new new Franke sink and kitchen.

Although the tap was delayed for more than a month, I was kept informed and updated on progress. As I had another tap that would work more than adequately in the interim I was happy to wait.

This tap was delivered and fully fulfilled my expectations and worked extremely well until it suddenly ceased to function just under a year from installation. The easy slide selection was stiff and impossibile to immediately select the hot function.

As I have rheumatoid arthritis,ease of use was paramount when I selected the tap.

I tried to call and constanly had the phone dial out, so emailed on the 3rd of May and attempted to use the chat service.

I was asked for a video of the issue and supplied this immediately on the 6th May.

Since then no correspondance or response to my request for an update.

More calls unanswered.

Today I spoke with a very polite assistant in a call centre, who said the video had been received but not progressed.

If you are buying something and nothing goes a miss then they are probably a good company with competitive pricing. But you judge a great company on how they handle things when they go wrong and so far I feel very let down with £300+ purchase.

Hob double packed arrived in perfect condition, packed instructions were not in English, but found and downloaded English version at no cost. Delivery from date of ordering was a little extended but near to the quoted date, I was kept informed of progress of expected delivery by Modern and the delivery courier.
Courier delivered at per my instruction.
Would use again.

Hob arrived in pristine condition- robust packaging. Only minor complaint was length of time from placing the order (and paying for it) and actual delivery.

Experience was fine until payment. The process was never ending!
The appliance however is fantastic. It looks great and works so well.

Delivery was excellent once you got the sink in to your warehouse but communication could be better but on the whole a good experience. Thanks.

Great price with no delivery costs. Communications have been very good from ordering to confirming product being sent by supplier and then to being available for delivery. Delivery arrangements agreed by E Mail. Goods extremely well packed and delivered in 100% condition. To me this was great service.

Purchased sink unit for our new kitchen back in 2021 - all went smoothly and pleased with unit. Just recently noticed a small leak around the seal area of the waste outlet. Contacted Modern Kitchen for advice on replacement. Replied within the hour and will send new seal FOC- great service!
