Geldwolven
Bij Huur een Box betaalden we 90 euro voor een kleine opslag maar sinds de overname door Shurgard werd dat 130, en nu plotseling wordt dat verhoogd naar 160 euro! Wat een geldwolven! Snel op zoek naar iets anders!

Goede vriendelijke service en aangezien dit mijn tweede keer is dat ik een opslagbox huur bij Shurgard ben ik onder de indruk van de technologische vooruitgang bij het benaderen/toegang van de opslagruimtes.

Communicatie kan beter
Communicatie over waar ik mijn box kon vinden was slecht. Daarnaast kunnen er veel meer verhuisdozen in dan de medewerker zegt

Geweldige ervaring!
Sinds bijna 2 weken een opslag bij Shurgard Amstel. Wat een fijne locatie. Nu de Spaklerweg weer open is, rijd je er gemakkelijk naar toe, gebruik makend van app om binnen te komen, Geweldige ervaring. Binnen is het rustig, schoon en alles zeer goed geregeld. Bij vragen kun je bij de desk terecht die er naast zit!

Fijne opslag, goed geholpen en super service! Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam naar klanten. Volgende keer boek ik zeker weer bij Shurgard!

Stalling
Bij aankomst was ik bang dat het niet zou passen, maar ik werd direct gerustgesteld door de fijne werknemers die aanwezig waren. Doordat ik een te grote auto had gehuurd kon ik niet via de helling naar boven. Dit zou veel sjouwen betekenen, maar ik mocht gebruik maken van een lift die eigenlijk niet meer gebruikt mocht worden. Al met al een super ervaring en heel goed geholpen door iedereen die aanwezig was!

Customer service
Contact with customer service, lady working in reception - everything till now was very positive experience.
Only one small thing are trolleys that are impossible to turn with and in your narrow corridors are horrible to navigate.

Locatiemedewerkers zijn supervriendelijk en klantgericht en internet aanbiedingen zijn top
Eerst contact gehad met klantenservice had een duurdere prijs dan op locatie dit komt doordat het klantenservice systeem niet kan zien wat de aanbiedingen op de locaties zijn ,beter via internet bestellen . Internet aanbieding van shurgard zijn top ,Medewerker van locatie marwijk van kooystraat in Adam een supervriendelijke behulpzame medwerker topservice .

Great service, just would be easier to include instructions on how to get unit building B, since the building name is different and it’s tough to be sure where the entrance is.
