Onbetrouwbare huurverhogingen - zonder enige meerwaarde
Onbetrouwbare huurverhogingen. Ik kan niet genoeg aangeven wat een misbruik er gemaakt wordt van het feit dat de huur voor opslag niet gereguleerd is in Nederland. Prijsverhogingen van 15-40 procent is blijkbaar heel normaal. Na opkoop van de voormalige huurfaciliteiten (Huureenbox) door Shurgard zijn de huurprijzen absurd verhoogd. Percentages van 15-30%. Geen enkele reden of onderbouwing, doen ze ook niet. Je krijgt alleen een mail met een huurbedrag zonder de percentages. Zogenaamd om de service te verbeteren. Niets veranderd aan die “service”. Alles weghalen is een heel gedoe en dat weten ze- verhuis maar is het simpele antwoord. Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf, niemand krijgt een brief met de huurverhoging in percentages. Alleen maar het nieuwe bedrag omdat het anders teveel opvalt? Orders van het hoofdbedrijf wordt aangegeven. Hoofdbedrijf zegt locatiebeslissing.

Daarom nodigen u graag uit in uw Shurgard vestiging om de verschillende mogelijkheden even samen te doorlopen. Misschien is verhuizen naar een goedkopere unit een oplossing? We komen er beslist samen uit!
