Ingang alleen voor auto’s kleiner dan 2m
Blijkbaar was het niet mogelijk om naar binnen te rijden met een auto hoger dan 2 m. Dat was nergens vermeld
Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend en heeft ons naar een andere, niet officiele ingang geholpen. Onhandig was het wel! De uitleg over de ingang en hoe het systeem werkt miste ook: geen plattegrond met instructies oid. Erg onduidelijk!

Positve and negative experiences
1. Office was closed on the day contract was due to commence despite being advertised as being open.
2. Storage box 2.5 m3 was not the shape displayed when booking (ie 2.5m x 1.0m). A note had been added when booking that the storage box was required to be those dimesions in order to store our bicycles. The one supplied is almost square.
3. Staff member handling commencement of contract the following day was most helpful.

Ik stapte over van een andere storage,mijn code was gewijzigd, en die vonden het niet nodig dat met mij te communiceren.
Ik kreeg een code om mijn werk af te maken.
Was daar super blij mee,want hoe kwam ik anders binnen!!!

Snelle start, prima prijs, goede communicatie
Inschatting van aantal vierkant meters blijft lastig. Hoe groot is 4 of 6 m2? Wellicht kan een video of desnoods een aantal foto's van de ruimtes het makkelijker maken om dat in te schatten.

Een hele goede ervaring
Alles werkte als uitgelegd, de gangen en de bergruimte waren schoon en er stonden karren bij de binnen-parkeerplaats om alle spullen naar de berging te brengen.

Geldwolven
Bij Huur een Box betaalden we 90 euro voor een kleine opslag maar sinds de overname door Shurgard werd dat 130, en nu plotseling wordt dat verhoogd naar 160 euro! Wat een geldwolven! Snel op zoek naar iets anders!

Goede vriendelijke service en aangezien dit mijn tweede keer is dat ik een opslagbox huur bij Shurgard ben ik onder de indruk van de technologische vooruitgang bij het benaderen/toegang van de opslagruimtes.
