Long story short my dad bought a Tower hoover in September last year. The hinge broke when emptying the dust collector and since the 29 April I have contacted both Tower and Shop TV to no avail.

Been passed from one to the other to either get a replacement or get it fixed. They have asked for information that I have supplied to them on several occasions including photos, order numbers, warranty numbers etc etc. And still two months later nothing has been sorted.

Tower admitted it's a faulty product and gave me a number to give to Shop TV who have still done nothing. They obviously aren't familiar with the Consumer Rights Act and the fact that the product was only 7 months old when it broke.

I personally have never bought anything from Shop TV and I certainly wouldn't recommend them after all this trouble. Customer service is non existent, absolutely disgusting. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered my products very easy. I’ve ordered the same products before. But unfortunately when my order arrived. Most of it was missing. I only had empty bottles in it. No other products.

All good just had to wait a little whilst items delivered separately so slightly inconvenient

Vibration exercise plate is so heavy I can’t move or lift it . Once set up as soon as I stood on it the machine died .
Contacted shop on tv for refund which they assured me I will get, but having sought help to get the thing back in the packaging , have now been told I have to make a video of the machine not working . I have to get someone to help me get it out of return packaging due to sheer weight of the machine . The manufacturer will not sanction a collection until this has been done . Crazy .

I have a problem with my floor steam cleaner and ordered a replacement calc on line. This was the easy part. However when you want to speak to someone as I still have a problem there is no facility to chat on line. When I telephone it always goes to answerphone, therefore no wating in line facility. You leave a message and no one calls you back, very frustratingly.
