Horrible experience I bought a pair of snowboard boots and everything was paid for, and about 20 days later after the return policy period I receive a bill for a $30 tariff and now I can’t return the boots and nowhere on there did it say anything about a tariff this is a complete scam definitely will not be buying from them ever again.

Ordered snowboard boots 11/29, it's 12/10 and they are still in Canada. I was assured I'd have these by 12/10, now it looks like at least another 8-10 days for delivery so they will not arrive in time for my snowboard trip. I'll never order from Nomads again.

I purchased snowboard boots for my daughter from Nomads. While the shipping was efficient I later received a $30 bill from FedEx due to customs. Nothing was indicated during my shopping that this was a Canadian company and that I would have to pay an additional fee for customs having it shipped to the US. When I reached out to customer service their response was just sorry, we didn't charge you for that it's part of customs. They also said you had to 'accept' the additional fees for shipping when purchasing which is not accurate. I went back through purchasing on their website and nothing is required to accept and acknowledge that there would be additional shipping charges for shipping to the US. Very poor customer support and zero transparency.

Ordered across the border. Still came as quickly as an order from the Startes placed the same day. Prices on this particular brand from this store are unmatched anywhere. I ordered one item because I wanted to feel out the process, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will be ordering more on payday. Enough to see if the free shipping still applies across a border!

I called for clarity on a bicycle part I was ordering and was referred to the specialist. They were very helpful, I ordered the part and I received it earlier than expected. Good experience. The online product descriptions could use slightly more clarity, however.
