I clicked directly on product through google shopping. Product was listed in USD and I paid without registering etc. via Paypal Express. I was NOT notified item was shipping from Canada and later received customs bill of $17 on $26 item. Contacted customer service and was denied reimbursement.

The shop was clean, had a large selection, and the sales associate was extremely helpful. She offered me different sizes and styles.

Went there to cut my bars did a terrible job didn’t sand then and destroyed my deck with a rubber mallet. Left a massive dent 1/10 wouldn’t recommend

Paul who works there took a malet to my friends scooter and made a big dent. Tried to tell us we did it not him and messed up his bars

paul b was getting my deck off so i can get my bars cut he took a mallet and smashed it on my scooter deck and put a really big dent in it and denied that he did it and was rude to me and my friends and told them to shut the hell up and asked for their names.he also forced my bars on my scooter and it’s tight and i can’t even spin my scooter do not recommend going there

Ordered 4/25. Delivery was supposed to arrive 5/30, then 5/3 (today). Now says 5/7. Will I ever get it? Time will tell....

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Store!

I had an expensive snowboarding trip booked in advance and ordered a $700 snowboard to use on my vacation. Despite being marked as "delivered," the board never arrived. Instead of making things right, the store refused to issue a refund until FedEx completed their so-called "investigation."

It's now been three weeks, and I still don’t have the board or my money, meaning I couldn’t even buy a replacement. My entire trip was ruined because of this.

At first, they were responsive over email, but after about a week, they completely stopped replying. No response to calls either—just radio silence.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. STAY AWAY!

The jacket is really nice, but I think the size is off. It is much smaller than my other North Face jackets. Disappointed
