Nick - Super salesman
I spoke to Nick when ordering a bi-directional meter.
During our telephone conversation I explained the urgency of having the meter delivered asap. Although he explained that the order would have to be passed onto their suppliers and that they would be despatching it within their normal processes.
At the time of me ordering the item it was approaching the weekend and which under normal dispatch procedures would take several days to be delivered. As it happened I received the package the next day after ordering! In my opinion this highlighted an extreme and efficient customer service. Very well done Nick.

After trying other companies who were unable to take telephone orders I found Shop4 Electrical and read their really good reviews. The comments turned out to be accurate in every aspect, from a very polite assistant taking my order of a wall lantern (not installed yet) to delivery information and updates and a fast delivery.
