Great products, decent price
Excellent website with good selection of products. Only 'could do better' issue was I only ordered 7 LED lamps but they came in quite a big box, all of which must have increased the delivery costs. Have used them before and will definitely be using them again. Thoroughly recommend them.

I ordered 2 items paid large amount for…
I ordered 2 items paid large amount for delivery for 2 small items. The delivery company delivered both items seperately on different days. The trunking was thrown over the fence at the side of the house. Didnt notice it had been damaged until i already cut it.

My delivery turned up on time but half…
My delivery turned up on time but half was incorrect. I emailed and was told that the correct item would be replaced.
That was nearly over two weeks ago but despite me chasing, it has not arrived. This was my first order and may well be my last. I cannot rate at one star as the company has been helpful up until replacement of the incorrect item.

First time I've used shop4electrical and I would recommend their service. Placed a couple of on-line orders recently - both arrived promptly. No quibble when I needed a replacement fan heater which arrived next day and they arranged collection of the faulty heater. Very impressed.
