I phoned to clarify an item - which on the website was showing as both "4 in stock" and "Out of stock". Phone was answered promptly by someone both knowledgeable and helpful. Completed the order over the phone and the item arrived 48 hours later. Thank you.

Ordered wall heater. Unfortunately it did not work which is why the 4 score. However got in touch and Andy sorted everything with a replacement which appeared next day. Could not have been more helpful and pleasant.

Sorry, firstly the order was placed on New Years Eve, we were closed on 01/01 then open on 02/01, one of you ordered items was on a 2/3 lead time from another depot as stated on the website, we were then closed on the weekend 03/01 & 04/01, Your ordered item came into us on 06/01/26 and delivered on 07/01/26, also the £7.00 carriage charge is partly for orders that do not reach minimum order, in this instance we feel that you have been unfair of your 1 star rating,

No Fuss No Bother
I placed the order and paid. S4E did not mess around. They did not send me numerous emails suggesting I buy their car insurance or their new lounge suite. They just sent the electrical products I ordered quickly and well packaged. No fuss no bother.

Order came quickly even though it was…
Order came quickly even though it was weekend . Only problem is I made a mistake and ordered 25 m m couplings instead of 20 m m and returning seems not worth it . But products good quality and fit for purpose .
