A little glitch when I ordered on-line meant I had to phone instead. My query was dealt with very professionally which was then followed by confirmation and a day or two later by the delivery delivery. All in all, a first class performance

Late and wrong
Delivery was promised for next day, this was the reason for choosing this supplier. It didn’t turn up until lunchtime on the second day. One of our team then had to drive it from the delivery point to the site, where it was found that one of the smoke alarms was incorrect. Causing us to have to arrange another delivery and Costing us another visit to site. However, they re delivered as promised, before they had received the wrong smoke alarm back into stock. They also added a box of Wagos FREE OF CHARGE as a goodwill gesture. Great customer service, keep up the good work!
