100% positive experience
Really prompt acknowledgement of my order and a delivery date which was sooner than I expected. The driver rang one hour before the delivery and the mattress was carried into the room I wanted it placing - all with no fuss and efficiently done.

Very good selection online
Very good selection online, I had already been in a shop to test out the mattress and found it cheaper online same one. Drivers called gave enough time before dropping off. All good experience, however I have noticed you can feel springs on side of mattress which I didn't notice in store before. Also that the side handles was not on the mattress. Still happy with purchase

Very pleased with our new bed + Silentnight mattress
Very pleased with our new bed, my son loves his new mattress and has had amazing cosy sleeps since. Was kept well informed on delivery and customer service was great at putting me at ease with any queries I had.

Very easy to order what I wanted and the parcel came promptly.
I think an electric blanket is the best thing since sliced bread! It makes such a difference to my bedtime.

Ordered a new mattress on-line, very easy, simple process including arranging the recycling of the old one. The delivery firm was excellent, sending important information when it was necessary, was kept fully informed every step of the way

Poor customer service
We bought a premier inn mattress in oct 25, come January 26 the mattress is sagging where we lay, for a near £800 product we expected more, reached out to silentnight via an email on Feb 2nd and again a couple of weeks later, both times we had the standard auto response, its now almost 1 month and still we have not been contacted, very very poor customer service and product
