We bought a premier inn mattress in oct 25, come January 26 the mattress is sagging where we lay, for a near £800 product we expected more, reached out to silentnight via an email on Feb 2nd and again a couple of weeks later, both times we had the standard auto response, its now almost 1 month and still we have not been contacted, very very poor customer service and product

Avoid this company and Dreams. I purchased the most expensive mattress of my life for £1400 after is was sold to me as excellent product with a long warranty. For almost a year the mattress started to become softer and softer ( obviously we bought a firm mattress) to the point that both me and my wife had back problems.

After we complained they sent an inspector who agreed that the mattress is not as firm as it should be but it has passed his pressure test.

Avoid this company and Dreams I can guarantee you they will find an excuse not to respect any warranties.

I have tried to return a item and have been ignored

Do not buy a SILENTNIGHT 3 ZONE MEMORY DOUBLE I wasted £294.99 on this item in only October and had nothing but issues.

I purchased the item through very but neither very or silentnight care. Why would they? They have nearly £300 for a dodgy item.

I'm now left with no alternative way of purchase as I can not afford it and a company that wants to leave me without a mattress for weeks and have said either way they will not offer a replacement.

Clearly both very and silentnight to do not care about the consumer. Only there money

Good website and we could think about our choice. Had Silentnight before so went straight back. We could choose a delivery date and they took away the old mattress. Very pleased with the new one delivered upstairs and unwrapped for us in position.

So far, so good!

Great product at a great price. Very comfortable and easy to fit. Am sleeping much better since we put it in place.

I generally love Silentnight products and have bought many of their electric blankets and bedding over the years.

On this occasion, their Super King Dual Control Electric Blanket fell very short of the heated mark.

The blanket itself is only 160cm wide but has 24cm of non heating element on each side (see attached pictures)

This means only 112cm width is covered by warmth: a mere 70% of the blanket.

In addition, the blanket sits 10cm from the edge of the bed on each side, thus reduces the heating area of the bed by another 20cm.

This blanket does not actually keep you warm in bed!

I contacted customer services and it was a real fight to get them to admit fault with the blanket. To be honest, they never did admit their blanket wasn't fit for purpose although they did refund me after 20+ emails, measurements and photos back and forth.

I kept repeating that their advertising was also false as you can see from the picture: it looks as if the blanket goes to the edge of the bed but in reality it does not.

After this was finally refunded, I bought the excellent Mylek version. Their blanket goes right to the edge of the bed. There is then only 9cm of unheated elements from the edge.

But the absolute best thing is that instead of hugely annoying straps or string to hold the blanket in place, they have a mesh that goes around the bed like a fitted sheet!!

Why have no other blanket makers created this!!

Overall, I still love Silentnight products and recently bought their King Size and Double size dual control blankets which are both fine. Just don't bother with the Super King Size one.

The products that arrived were great. However, Evri managed to ‘loose’ three duvets, not just once but twice! At which point I cancelled that part of my order. Silentnight customer service were good (not that speedy but helpful) but please use different couriers!

The mattress is comfortable, the delivery was quite early 07:00 am, but the service effective and quick.

It's been a game changer for my parents

As a pillow, it is ok, although the memory foam means that it holds the heat and can be uncomfortably warm. As an aid to stop snoring, it's a waste of time.

Easy to order. Love the product don't know why I didn't have one years ago. 3 year warranty which is a great piece of mind.

Bought a foot warmer. Picture on website showed it being used cord free. You’d think it had an inbuilt battery. However it needs a USB cord to be plugged in before it warms up. Warms up quite minimally. Not worth the money. Photo is very misleading.
