Very comfortable, good heat control.. ie you don’t get too hot.. has helped make a too hard mattress comfortable, great value.

Don’t reply or resolve issues and ignore you
Follow on from my previous review once again incompetence as they requested email but no reply or to put this right. I’m going to avoid this company and very disappointing by their lack of customer service!!! Avoid their products definitely not worth the price and are extremely poor quality.
