golf head cover
I ordered a golf head cover. Evri delivered the package to the wrong address and were not interested in helping to resolve the issue.
Alex helped resolve the delivery problems very efficiently and was quick to respond to my email.
I am still to receive the golf head cover but the service received from NUFC has been excellent.
I suggest that you review your courier service contract. Evri are letting the team down.
Great customer service
Just made an order on here for my grandsons birthday, very easy to find what I wanted and a great choice of payment methods. I stupidly wrote the house number down wrong so had to get in touch to get it changed, Lucy emailed me back near enough straight away to say it had been rectified, absolutely great customer service, will definitely keep buying from here
Courier lost parcel
Ordered an item that ended up being lost by courier.
Contacted via email and was asked to leave it with them for a day while they contacted courier. 2 days later still no parcel so I contacted again and a replacement order was issued immediately

I recently purchased a tracksuit top from the online Newcastle store that was due to be delivered to my place of residence, however the courier failed to deliver and having lost confidence it would ever arrive I reached out to the online store customer services and they gave me a full refund straight away following my correspondence explaining the situation. The were very helpful and polite throughout the process. Thank you again.

Not Honouring The Advertised Sale Price
I looked on the website and ordered a pair of Adidas Samba training shoes, advertised at £67 (plus P&P).The invoice I received showed a charge of the full price of £80 (plus P&P). This was alongside a dispatch message. I emailed the customer services for the sale price to be honoured, and was the reply was “We are really sorry but we are unable to honour any price match requests if the order was placed before the sale of an items is published” (cut from the response). The order was placed because of the advertised sale price. After the response from Alex, I went online again and repeated the whole process, with the price still advertised as £67, and the checkout reverting to £80 again (obviously I did not order again). I have been in contact with Citizens Advice with the aim of involving Trading Standards, as this contravenes several consumer regulations and acts. Really, really disappointed with the Club.
Faulty item exchanged without hassle
Had an issue with a jersey I had purchased. Altered the team that there was an issue and my query was responded to extremely quickly and a solution was found. Couldn’t fault Alex and the team and very grateful for their help.

Shocking customer service
UPDATE!
I FINALLY received the credit to my account on 8 Jan 2026 - 39 days after NUFC Shop acknowledged receipt of the returned item - something that takes Next 24 hours to process. I can't help but conclude that this is a deliberate ploy to keep our cash for as long as possible. Shame on you NUFC!
I had to return an item in November. I received an email on 30th Nov to confirm receipt of the item and was asked to allow several days to process the return.
On 18th December I emailed to ask when I could expect my refund. The following day I received an email apologising for the delay and was advised that the refund had been actioned manually and would reach my bank in 3-5 working days. Today is 5th January and it is still not in my account, I calculate that it is now 7 working days since I received the last email. I tried phoning the shop to speak to someone but the call went to voicemail. Absolutely shocking customer service!

I wanted to comment on the excellent t customer service I have received from the NUFC shop. I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband on express delivery shortly before Christmas. The order was despatched promptly and I received a notification from Evri saying it was with them. Unfortunately, I then received no further updates from Evri. I advised NUFC and they immediately refunded the express postage fee and asked me to contact them if I hadn’t received the delivery by 29th December. I emailed them this morning to let them know the package had not been received. They contacted me witin the hour to say they would despatch a replacement. They were very apologetic. It is rare that a retailer is so responsive in settling issues and I am very appreciative of the way in which they have dealt with this. Thank you
