UPDATE!
I FINALLY received the credit to my account on 8 Jan 2026 - 39 days after NUFC Shop acknowledged receipt of the returned item - something that takes Next 24 hours to process. I can't help but conclude that this is a deliberate ploy to keep our cash for as long as possible. Shame on you NUFC!
I had to return an item in November. I received an email on 30th Nov to confirm receipt of the item and was asked to allow several days to process the return.
On 18th December I emailed to ask when I could expect my refund. The following day I received an email apologising for the delay and was advised that the refund had been actioned manually and would reach my bank in 3-5 working days. Today is 5th January and it is still not in my account, I calculate that it is now 7 working days since I received the last email. I tried phoning the shop to speak to someone but the call went to voicemail. Absolutely shocking customer service!

The nufc shop staff are all so helpful and always on hand to help with whatever the situation is I suffer from anxiety so get worried about orders but they are always on hand to help and reassure me

I wanted to comment on the excellent t customer service I have received from the NUFC shop. I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband on express delivery shortly before Christmas. The order was despatched promptly and I received a notification from Evri saying it was with them. Unfortunately, I then received no further updates from Evri. I advised NUFC and they immediately refunded the express postage fee and asked me to contact them if I hadn’t received the delivery by 29th December. I emailed them this morning to let them know the package had not been received. They contacted me witin the hour to say they would despatch a replacement. They were very apologetic. It is rare that a retailer is so responsive in settling issues and I am very appreciative of the way in which they have dealt with this. Thank you

Positive & Lightning Fast Issue Solve!
Had a parcel delivered to me in a horrifying state (by Evri) - hole through the package, missing items, etc. Within 30 minutes of contacting NUFC store about what had happened, Alex has placed a replacement order, through express delivery that we just might have a shot at still getting it delivered before Christmas! Quite possibly the fastest resolution (and positive!) i've ever seen. Thanks so much!

Fantastic customer service! Having placed an order, Evri managed to lose my parcel but thanks to Lucy, Charlie and Alex it was re-sent with no quibble and I received it within a couple of days and in time for Christmas. They answered my query immediately and resolved the issue without fuss. I’m so grateful and couldn’t thank everyone enough. Fantastic!

ordered two pairs of winter gloves on the 12th of Dec, waited 9 days, watched the tracking of these get from the warehouse to my local area, then get sent back, then get sent back out to get sent back again, these were just supposed to be dropped off at a locker to make it easier for the delivery company. I had to get in touch with NUFC website, after waiting 9 days, just to be given a full refund, no fix, no replacement gloves sent out, I wanted the gloves, so now I have to wait 5-10 days for the refund to go in to my account, then reorder them, regardless of waiting for the refund or not, if I order them again they wont arrive, missing Christmas, maybe a change of delivery company might be in order, as it has been a total mess-up.

Hats off to Alex,Jane and Charlie for resolving problems with orders I placed that Evri had serious issues delivering.
I couldn’t get anywhere fast complaining with Evri,so I emailed the website I purchased from.
The response time was unbelievable,so efficient and resolved within the same day.
They managed to organise and keep track of all problems with the orders and resolved them within hours.
