Contacted customer services about a parcel that had gone missing. EVRi had offered no updates whatsoever in two weeks. One email to NUFC customer services and they had my order replaced within another hour. Absolutely fantastic service!

Ordered the wrong Newcastle shirt for my daughter for Christmas by mistake, complete with personalisation, which normally cannot be rectified.
Phoned and emailed the store, they cancelled the order immediately, sent me a confirmation email within minutes. Absolutely superb service, very grateful.

Having had a problem with a (very) late delivery I contacted NUFC customer department. They responded very quickly to my enquiry and were able to offer good advice. Immediately I was offered a refund or replacement order. As the order was a birthday present for my grandson I asked for a replacement and requested that it be posted to his address. This was done immediately and arrived promptly.
In all I had contact with four members of the team and I can't thank them enough for their efficiency, helpfulness and kindness dealing with my problem.
It was a pleasure to deal with a customer service team who knew what they were doing. If only every company worked that way. Grateful thanks to you all, you were wonderful. I can't praise you highly enough.

Ordered my son a football strip for Christmas. I realised it was taking far too long to arrive with Evri so I emailed NUFC customer service. After sending one email to customer service the issue was resolved. They very kindly sent me out another strip as soon as they got my email. Without any hesitation! I purchased a baby strip for my nephews first birthday and unfortunately it came faulty. I contacted customer service, they were very helpful and very prompt in resolving the issue. Within one hour of contacting them, they had kindly stated they would send me a replacement shirt and given me the QR code to return the faulty one free of charge. Upon letting them know I had sent the return, they had confirmed postal of the new one. This was received within 3 days since first contact with customer service.
The customer service team were very helpful, apologetic and prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Excellent service and worthy of 5 stars.
Excellent customer service
There were some personalisation issues with the Carabao cup winners shirt I ordered. Alex, Eddie and Jae dealt with the problem in a friendly and helpful manner, and organised a replacement order within 8 hours of me raising an issue. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks to all three!
