Quick, efficient and very helpful

Contacted customer services about a parcel that had gone missing. EVRi had offered no updates whatsoever in two weeks. One email to NUFC customer services and they had my order replaced within another hour. Absolutely fantastic service!

Eddie and Charlie were excellent when they helped me with my missing purchase. They wer fast, efficient and clinical (unlike the NUFC strikers) !!!

After Evri lost my parcel I sent a message to Newcastle Utd web support and within a few hours they had sent me an email to confirm they had processed a full refund.

Ordered the wrong Newcastle shirt for my daughter for Christmas by mistake, complete with personalisation, which normally cannot be rectified.

Phoned and emailed the store, they cancelled the order immediately, sent me a confirmation email within minutes. Absolutely superb service, very grateful.

Have now re-ordered new shirt with correct player name on the back (!) - thanks Newcastle United, Jae and Sam!

Had an issue with my order mainly due to Evri being useless. NUFC acted promptly and resent my order within 6 days of nothing from EVRI. Really happy with the service provided.

Very fast and polite costumer service! Needed help to amend some personal details on my order and got it solved within 5mins of me submitting a help request.

Order placed but my wifes 15% Discount did not go through correctly as a 1st time custom. Custom service emailed straight back and applied the discount.custom service support was 1st class.

Having had a problem with a (very) late delivery I contacted NUFC customer department. They responded very quickly to my enquiry and were able to offer good advice. Immediately I was offered a refund or replacement order. As the order was a birthday present for my grandson I asked for a replacement and requested that it be posted to his address. This was done immediately and arrived promptly.
In all I had contact with four members of the team and I can't thank them enough for their efficiency, helpfulness and kindness dealing with my problem.
It was a pleasure to deal with a customer service team who knew what they were doing. If only every company worked that way. Grateful thanks to you all, you were wonderful. I can't praise you highly enough.

Ordered my son a football strip for Christmas. I realised it was taking far too long to arrive with Evri so I emailed NUFC customer service. After sending one email to customer service the issue was resolved. They very kindly sent me out another strip as soon as they got my email. Without any hesitation! I have never had customer service like it before. Keep up the good work!!

I purchased a baby strip for my nephews first birthday and unfortunately it came faulty. I contacted customer service, they were very helpful and very prompt in resolving the issue. Within one hour of contacting them, they had kindly stated they would send me a replacement shirt and given me the QR code to return the faulty one free of charge. Upon letting them know I had sent the return, they had confirmed postal of the new one. This was received within 3 days since first contact with customer service.

The customer service team were very helpful, apologetic and prompt. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. Excellent service and worthy of 5 stars.

There were some personalisation issues with the Carabao cup winners shirt I ordered. Alex, Eddie and Jae dealt with the problem in a friendly and helpful manner, and organised a replacement order within 8 hours of me raising an issue. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks to all three!
