Transition to new software successful

Upgrade to the new Sharescope software was never going to be easy for the more mature user. Fortunately my son was able to help me make the transition from the legacy software. Since then, with 30 minutes support from Ionic I am up and running. Like many amateur users, I am sure I only use 5% of the capacity of the program, but for what I need it is ideal.

Great software and great customer service.

I have subscribed to Sharescope for many years and have always rated it highly for the quality of its content, its structure and features. Its customer service is always very impressive.
I had to convert my Legacy Sharescope to the new version and quickly ran into difficulties! I phoned the helpline and got an immediate response from Peter Corrigan who readily offered to do the conversion for me using remote control. In no time I was up and running and I can now take my time in getting used to the new system. Many thanks to Peter – I am very grateful for the help he gave me. Brilliant service!

Excellent Customer Service

I have used ShareScope on and off over many years and always found it an invaluable asset for trading and investing. I was always especially impressed with the customer service as any time I had a problem or question I could telephone and get an immediate and helpful answer from any of the highly knowledgeable staff. They always seemed to have the answer however obscure the question!

Another thing I liked was the fact that I could very easily stop and start my subscription when required to avoid paying at times when I didn't need it. All in all it is a package that I would highly recommend.

Sharescope upgrade

I have just had my free training online from Sharescope re their upgrade to the new version of the software. Peter, the trainer was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm looking forward to taking up the new facilities the software offers. I prefer the online version as it means I can login from anywhere and a number of different devices.

Brilliant investment software and support

I have been a subscriber for over 20 years and have come to rely on the software when making my investment decisions.
I have just had my (excellent) 30 minute session with Peter C to talk through a few topics that have arisen since I moved across from the Legacy version. The new version is fantastic (it only took a short time getting used to it) as is the support I have always enjoyed.

As I am in my late eighty's I was…

As I am in my late eighty's I was somewhat apprehensive changing over to new ShareScope however my one to one session was extremely helpful and although I still have a bit of learning still to do I am confident that I can work my way through this knowing that help is only a phone call away.

Excellent hekp!

Having used Sharepad for many years, I was delighted to get answers to all the questions I had with issues that I hadn't been able to solve myself.
I would thoroughly recommend arranging a one-on-one training session if you need to fill any knowledge gaps.

I was offered a free half hour…

I was offered a free half hour consultation to help me switch from legacy Sharescope to the new version. This was very helpful, although it will take me some time to get my head around the new product. The caller was most helpful, courteous and professional.

I've been a Sharecope user for around…15 years

I've been a Sharecope user for around 15 years so well entrenched in my processes so the thought of migrating to the new version of the software was distinctly scary. Taking the plunge and starting in their the Training zone area I found the contents a great help and written in Englishspeak so non techies can understand the 'how to' quickly. Only at the final hurdle has a 1 to 1 session with their helpdesk been requested, personned by someone who actually knew the system inside out, cured my final hurdles inside an hour. Today I have run my first days work on the new system....phew

I dreaded a Change

I had to change from Sharescope Gold which I have used for 20 years and was dreading it. However their Consultant made it relatively easy and I now have access to more Data. I can see now that with regular use it will allow me to achieve better results.

An excellent responder

The gent on the phone, whose name I regrettably did not record, provided excellent help.
He was easy and clear to understand.
He was patient and courteous in catering for my hearing loss.
He was skilled in assisting me with the latest upgrade. He transferred my files from the old to the new smoothly and efficiently.
