My recent interview was very helpful…

My recent interview was very helpful and constructive.
I found the new Sharescpoe, while offering more analytical facilities (which I scarcely use) than the legacy version, much less easy to use.
Trying to put together a summary sheet of my holdings, I find that I can no longer incorporate them all in one table, On one side there are the names and prices, but the number I hold and the total value are on the other side. Also, simple functions like printing are more complicated to find.
I have still to practice buying and selling, corporate activities etc.

The same is true for functions like printing and handling trades or corporate actions, which are located and managed a little differently.

Reliable support really counts

With a comprehensive product support matters. I have used this product for many years and when needed support has been outstanding. The product has just gone through a major rewrite and I was dreading upgrading. The planning, software aids and training videos made this a pretty painless exercise.

Having totally messed up!

Having totally messed up the conversion from Legacy I needed the assistance of support to resolve the shambles. Peter Corrigan called me and resolved everything. Having spent over 20 years supplying and supporting software I know how support should be provided and Peter was a shining example of how it should be done, pleasant, relaxed and very professional. Ideas to make the most of "NEW" Sharescope

I'm really impressed with the Sharescope Migration team. My call with Peter Corrigan has given me better platform for confidence to use NEW Sharescope. It is impressive software, but a rather overwhelming upgrade. A good mix of practical suggestions, but also tuning into layouts that I have used in the past.

I had no idea how to migrate my Legacy…

I had no idea how to migrate my Legacy ShareScope A/C to the new ShareScope A/c.
With the help from Support today this has been successfully done.
However as I had not seen how the new software has been set up, I will need more help from help Support.

"New" Sharescope Support

I called the "New Sharescope" support team for help after struggling for ages to find out how to fix a chart. The suport chap, Peter Corrigan, had excellent knowledge of the new system and advised an alternative method to do what I wanted as the new tool works differently in this area. He then helped with a few further minor but related questions and helped greatly with my intro to the new product. A terrific, helpful and knowledgeable support effort by Peter. Thanks.

The Great Changeover

For one who is not particularly computer savvy, the whole idea of changing from Legacy Sharescope to New Sharescope was daunting. Mr Corrigan gave me his time to do it before my eyes, something that I would never have been able to do by myself. I very much appreciate his patience and helpfulness.

I have been a legacy sharescope user for many years and was most concerned that converting would be a problem. But no, I spoke to Pete who took me through the conversion with ease- for him as well as me. Everything transferred to the new Sharescope, couldn't have been easier. Thank you

Transition to new software successful

Upgrade to the new Sharescope software was never going to be easy for the more mature user. Fortunately my son was able to help me make the transition from the legacy software. Since then, with 30 minutes support from Ionic I am up and running. Like many amateur users, I am sure I only use 5% of the capacity of the program, but for what I need it is ideal.
