This was a great process. The glasses I ordered were exactly like what it wanted from the store but a fraction of the price. So I just had to get the lenses.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I have requested a return on their website twice and I have yet to hear back from somebody. They don’t make it easy for you to return product, hoping the customer would just give up and keep the purchase. I don’t recommend buying off their website at all, it’s a nightmare.

Not great. One item was not my style and the other was defective. I have reached out to customer service to request a return, but have yet to hear back. The glasses are not genuine, but cheap knockoffs. Save your money
