We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We completely understand the disappointment of receiving an order cancellation. Although, we hope you truly understand that we could not control the circumstances and we had to proceed with a full refund at the moment.
You spoke on the phone with an Agent and they assisted you in searching for a similar product, per your request. We also wished to place a discount towards your next purchase with us for all the inconvenience experienced. As well as an invoice was offered for the payment, that way the item will be reserved in the inventory until the payment can be submitted.
