Loved my Coach sunglasses but didn't want to pay Sunglass Hut prices for my new replacement pair. I ordered the identical pair from ShadesDaddy for nearly $200 less than I paid for them last summer at S.H. The shipping said 5-7 business days, but I received them in 4 days. Very happy!

Never got my glasses they said they sent them to the right address did a investigation and all and claimed it got sent to the right address but I never received nothing lol just a joke basically stole almost 300 dollars from me just order from somewhere else 🤦🏻♂️

Do yourself a HUGE favor and stay away from these low rate parking lot hustlers. I ordered 2 very expensive designer sunglasses. The first one got past the delivery date and about a week later I was told that they were out of stock. Ok, that's very unprofessional to sell something that you don't have but the refund was pretty quick. The second set of glasses were a very new design and I have shopped about a month looking. When I received them they appeared to great, I was very happy. On about the 3rd or 4th time wearing them the weld on the arm to the hinge broke. That was in January. I was told it would take 2-4 weeks. It's now the very end of MAY... and I'm being told we told you it takes a couple weeks and the manufacturer is responsible.... blah blah blah. They have zero customer service once you receive their defective product, they're closing the trunk and taking off. I'm out the money and stuck with beautiful broken designer sunglasses. TBC
Not long after this review, customer service contacted me and a couple days later, i was informed that my replacement glasses were in and a day or two after that I received them. I've worn them several times and appear to be a good product. I'm happy that someone who cared saw the review and handled the issue. I'm happy at this point in time.

Regarding the cancelled order, we truly apologize about any inconvenience and confusion. Although, please keep in mind, the cancellation for the out of stock item was issued during the 5-business days timeframe, as followed by our shipping policy. We did not issue a late refund or cancellation. Please let us know your thoughts on this...
As for the damaged frame, please note that you contacted us on March 19th, 2023 regarding the damage. The warranty claim was filed on your behalf on March 20th, 2023. At the moment of filing the claim, it was clearly stated that the process takes weeks to finalize. The vendors are located overseas and we are unable to expedite the order. We are always transparent as possible with our customers, as we understand how upsetting it may be to wait for a solution. We have provided updates each and every time you have contacted us and we have given you the most up to date details and information.
As previously mentioned, the warranty has been approved and a brand new replacement frame is being provided to you. Please keep in mind, the new frame is backordered 4 weeks and the vendors are overseas. Therefore, shipment may take longer than expected. We apologize for any misunderstanding, as we provided all updates to you throughout the process.
We are so sorry that you are feeling this way, as we work tirelessly to provide exceptional service to our dear clients.
