We were not able to locate any order under your name. Are you sure that you do not have a replica RB strap, which are available all over the internet (made in China of low quality materials but carry our brand logo).

FYI: Rubber B products are Made in Switzerland by the absolute top factory in the luxury horology industry, where all luxury watch brands such as Hublot, Patek Philippe, Chanel, Vacheron Constantin, etc... manufacture their OEM straps. Since the invention and launch of Rubber B straps in 2010, we have a proven record of endurance and reliability for tens of thousands of customers. As you can see here and all other review websites, in ten years Rubber B has less than ten complaints anywhere, which is a phenomenal testimonial to quality of Rubber B products and service.

AGGIORNAMENTO: Grazie per l'informazione. Siamo stati in grado di individuare le tue foto. La superficie lucida del tuo cinturino ci dice che la tua gomma è assolutamente entrata in contatto A LUNGO TERMINE con una sostanza chimica o alcol che l'ha bruciata. Non è un difetto di fabbricazione. È un cinturino trascurato che non è stato lavato entro un periodo di tempo per proteggere la gomma organica dall'incisione.
Se fai ricerche su tutti i siti web di recensioni, vedrai che dopo dieci anni e decine di migliaia di clienti, i nostri cinturini in gomma resistono a qualsiasi stile di vita attivo per una media di 4,5 anni. La qualità dei nostri materiali e la fabbricazione sono gli standard più alti in assoluto al mondo. Siamo tristi di apprendere che la tua singola esperienza con Rubber B non ha soddisfatto la sua durata tipica, dal momento che hai inconsapevolmente compromesso il tuo cinturino in gomma con un colpevole esterno che ha bruciato la superficie in gomma.
