Avoid! I should have been wise and read the reviews before I placed the order. You don’t get what you ordered. After about 10 days you get an email saying it’s out of stock and the manufacturer have discontinued that line and that you’ll get a refund. You do get the refund eventually but it’s not worth the hassle. Shabby indeed

Paid for an item. No confirmation of dispatch. I had to chase multiple times and then, a week and a half later, they inform me the item is not in stock. Waste of time.

Placed order on 13th December. Chased it up a couple of days ago and was assured it would be despatched that day. Absolutely nothing has happened. If I don’t receive it before Christmas (present for my grandson) then it is going straight back( assuming I eventually receive it)

An absolute letdown with no communication nor real customer service. Item was cancelled without any notice or information given until they were chased. Truly lived up to their name…Shabby Customer Service.

Shabby service, shabby treatment – the clue is in the name!
Mirror model : Nao square wall mirror 35x35cm advertised as in stock with short delivery date stated when I ordered.
I should have looked at the reviews, as I am another name on a long list of people who have spent our hard-earned money in good faith, only to be a victim of a shabby service, shabby website accuracy and shabby refund process. The clue is in the name of the shop!!

Item well overdue delivery date when I chased ‘customer services’ – not surprisingly there was no phone number to speak to a human, and eventually got reply to my query to say discontinued item.
Still in stock on website – so as other reviews have mentioned, I suspect the business plan here seems to be to extract then sit on a customer’s money for long enough to get interest, then drag out the process of processing a refund.

The wall mirror : Nao square 35 x 35cm is discontinued, nevertheless 2 months after I was told this, it is still listed as in stock on the website.
Very disappointed overall.

Response from Shabby - quite a long wait, as now in October. I see they are still advertising 26Oct24 the same mirror as in stock - but they told me that it has been discontinued. This is a repeat of my experience in the above review - business model is to say the item is in stock, get the money off customers, wait for them to chase, make them wait again for the refund.
