Despite saying in stock and available, my transaction was cancelled the next day. Takes 10 days to get the money back apparently. Seems someone is just using this as a way to make credit interest on money paid and holding for longer than necessary

Order a coffeetable on 19 May 2024 still not received it, all I get when I email Shabby.co is “ it will come straight from the supplier”!! If you were a legit company would you not follow through an order!! I have asked for a refund hmm bet there’s no chance of that!! Take your money and nothing!! Would not recommend this company! Wish I read the reviews before I wasted my money

I ordered two mirrors on the 9/04 and when ordered it said delivery between the 12/04 - 15/04 then delivery came on the 25/04 then to my shock they only delivered one mirror! Bought and paid for both at the same time so why only one mirror! I had the stress of trying to get hold of someone then to be told that there had been a mistake and another would follow asap then on the 05/05 I waited in for my delivery only for them to try and deliver it 200 miles away as they had the wrong address then finally on the 12/05 the 2nd one arrived. Nice mirrors but not great experience very stressful experience and they are not great at communication I had to chase about 20 times.

Fast delivery and no stress

Came damaged. Poor customer service.

I ordered a glass Victorian style jar with lid, which is exactly what I expected, and I love it. I had a straightforward transaction from ordering to delivery, which was super prompt. The item was very securely packaged, and was competitively priced and I was updated regularly by email of the processing of my order. I will definitely buy from Shabby.co.uk again.

If you plan on buying something from this company I'd suggest you confirm, by video call if possible, that they actually have the item in stock. I suspect they only order stock after you've paid for the item. After about 20 emails and 3 months later I received a refund for a table, via my credit card clawback scheme. I suspect they never held the table in the first place. The emails remained very cordial throughout and staff appear to be honest and pleasant, but possibly not on top of what's going on, as in the case of my 'missing' table. I won't be using the company again in the future. If they do reply to my post, just remember they had plenty of chances to give a full explanation of what was going on during our email exchanges, which eventually came to nothing. They didn't even refund me once it was decided that the order had been cancelled, ''because the item was not back in their warehouse yet'', having been on a mysterious courier journey that never arrived. Sorry but it's a definite 1/5.

Good quality product, value for money and quick delivery.

My order arrived so quick, it was packed perfectly which was reassuring, I am so happy with the product it looks stunning, such good quality.

Beautiful mirror tray. Would highly recommend. Have bought other lovely items from Shabby before. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, is due to the Evri delivery company they use, which is pretty bad.
