They look after my money. Give good rates for the small size investment

Excellent all round experience since investing with them over a year ago. I was wary of, as always, the many excellent reviews on TP, since there's a whole industry of bulk paid-for fake reviews out there that mislead people to trust awful companies and outright scammers.

However, this one really does what it says on the tin. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending them! Very slick & professional service.

Good rates of return. Difficult to complete maturity intructions, cannot be accessed from within online banking, and the account information needs to be reentered on the maturity page despite being accessed with a maturity code for a specific account. Also, only an 11 day window to complete the instructions. Received today (7th) closes 18th. Other accounts allow several weeks to decide.

Very easy to deal online and over the phone. Always clear with their replies and they reasonably quick to answer.
Been using Secure Trust for years for my Savings

The information on the website and is clear and accurate. Easy to get through to Support / Customer team who are very helpful.

My investment was due to mature abut when I accessed it on line it wouldn’t allow me to close it on maturity so I phoned Secure Trust. I got through to an advisor without delay and explained that I wished to close the account and have the funds sent to my nominated account. The lady was very helpful and organised this for me. The money is in my bank account today (date of maturity) and I can only say how efficient the whole process was. Well done Secure Trust.

As an existing, non-internet customer we wanted to change the product we had with Secure Trust Bank to a better one that was on offer. We had serious difficulties in opening an online account for existing customers and the very pleasant man helping us seemed out of his depth. We spent a long time on the phone with new passwords and PINs but to no avail. We tried the next day on a PC rather than an iPad but with no success, most frustrating. We rang again and the lady we spoke to was able to sort out the problem very quickly (they had an obsolete phone number for us on their system) and all then went well and smoothly.

The people we dealt with were charming, clear and helpful. It's a reputable bank and its products are competitive. Despite the above hiccup (which is unlikely to affect anyone else) I would thoroughly recommend Secure Trust Bank for both their products and service.

Good communication and easy to transact online

Whilst an online account and correspondence by secure messaging this has always been successful.
Closed one of my accounts this week for a big holiday and easy to do.
Also had to change my monthly interest nominated account earlier in the year and customer service made this easy for me.

So straightforward and a very good interest rate.
