Everything went as smoothly as they said it would

Easy and quick transactions with out any fuss but all security met

All good, no problems

The various colleagues we spoke to were helpful and provided a good experience.

However we did not find the process easy and straightforward at maturity unlike our other investments.

We opened a new joint fixed rate bond to transfer our matured fixed bond in to and we wanted the interest from the maturity to go to our joint nominated account.

Unfortunately, unlike our other Bank Accounts that we hold, the Joint status on the account did not let one party deal with this or transact independently on their own. Instead it then involved a number of calls to confirm what the other party was doing - so a call required by the second party to confirm the interest could go to the Joint nominated account - another call required by the second party to confirm the matured funds could be transferred from the existing Joint account to the new Joint account.

Totally understand if either of these transactions were going from the existing Joint account to a new sole account or a sole nominated account - but this was not the case.

These transactions were Joint to Joint each time but a lengthy call was required each time to confirm this and we found the process frustrating and time consuming.

Not been with this bank long but so far so good. It has a good app.

They don`t contiually hassle you with new products, just a nice safe secure place to bank with.

Nothing to complain about - a straightforward experience

App is easy to access and clearly shows information required

Changed my phone and transferred details for my different bank accounts with no problem. Not so with Secure Trust. Would not accept my password even though I hadn't changed it. Had to contact customer services who could not identify me even though I gave them my membership number and postcode. Ended up being on the phone for over half an hour, getting more stressed, then eventually I was located on the system. No idea what the issue was. Had to uninstall the app and start the process again. At the end I was asked an additional security question - "give me the names of two roads that intersect your own." By this point I could hardly remember the name of my own road! Fortunately I passed this final hurdle. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, but even so I would not wish to repeat the experience!

All transactions carried out as requested. However, I do have a dissatisfaction in that, unlike many other app based banks, whose normal operating service is 24/7, normal transactions cannot be performed outside normal banking hours. After all, it is a computer that does what it’s instructed?

I am not good in internet banking but when you ring the bank switch board the staff is very helpful and resolve issues pertaining to customer demands or request ;

Great until I realised there was a better interest savings account I could move to despite being on a variable rate. Loyal customers should be given better rates when holding a variable rate account without having to check and move themselves! Do better in this area please!

My wife and myself separately think our experience with Securetrust bank has always been positive .Competitive rates,clear explanation of particular investment ,plus importantly, if required get to speak to a real person, not a robot

If there was zero stars you would get this, took nearly 2 days to receive my own money transferred.

Really poor customer service by phone, the systems they have are far too inflexible, they refuse to pass you on to someone more senior when you have a problem, then they cut you off when they finally agree to escalate
Their complains section isn’t much better in 2 unanswered calls despite leaving a message
Situation still unresolved with no suitable solution
Avoid this company - poor standards and poor service

Person who dealt with my issue was polite patient and very helpful. He was very informative and allowed me to write every step down. Got me up and running on my account. Very helpful and friendly and understanding.
