This is a bank that actually cares! They called me to encourage me to get a better rate in my savings. The lovely staff then stayed with me to help me navigate my way through the website.

The operative was very helpful in sorting out my problem. She was patient and thorough and left me feeling satisfied.

I was having trouble writing a secure message online so telephoned for help.
The lady I spoke to was excellent and helped me through the procedure of an account which was maturing. All the security checks were of great value as I hear so much regarding scamming.
The next day I received confirmation by email that my maturity decision had been fulfilled.

It was a lot easier that other online banks to setup an account, so happy about that.

All the customer service people are very helpful and knowledgeable and always answer my questions. Phone lines are well serviced.

Been with them for years never had a problem

This bank have a good, clear website and phone app which makes it easy to keep tabs on your savings. Fairly competitive interest rate on their Easy Access account.
Only one complaint; when they introduce a higher rate, they do not automatically apply this to your existing account. You have to open a new account and transfer your savings over which is a bit of an annoyance.
