Purchase a 3ft Gate, half the pieces are missing, tried calling them and emailing them to no joy. Stayed 13mins on the phone no one picked up complete cowboys.
Don't waste your money on this company. Shocking experiences keep well away.

Meine Bestellung v. April (angegebene Lieferzeit 3-5 Tage) ist auch nach 4,5 Monaten nicht eingetroffen. Der Verkäufer gibt seit Monaten immer neue Versprechen aus, die nicht eingehalten werden. Inzwischen werden meine Anfragen nicht mehr beantwortet. Der Verkäufer ist werde im Chat, noch per Mail oder Telefon erreichbar.
Paypal Käuferschutz ist informiert.

...muss mich leider den Vorgängern anschließen.. warte auch seit 3 Monaten auf die Ware.. werde immer nur vertröstet. FINGER WEG, BETRUG!!

Ich warte nun schon seit über drei Monaten auf meine bestellte Ware (Tor und Screen), habe aber noch nichts erhalten. Niemand informiert dich über Lieferverzögerungen und auf Nachfrage wird man immer wieder vertröstet. Und das, obwohl die Firma ganz schön offensiv mit Daueraktionen Kunden lockt und auf der Homepage eine Lieferzeit von 1-5 Tagen verspricht. Das ist hochgradig unseriös!

Tolles Marketing, tolle Preisangebote.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice, kein Kontakt, Ware wurde sofort über PayPal bezahlt, nach fünf Wochen immer noch keinen Liefertermin.
Wenn das schon nicht klappt, möchte ich gar nicht wissen, was passiert, wenn es Probleme mit der Ware gibt. Sehr unseriös!!!

I do not understand all the negative reviews! I had a response from Megan within about 15 mins of me contacting them to flag an issue with my delivery (it was via instagram not email tho...)
Less than a week later the issue has been rectified and I could not fault their customer service.
Products look exactly like the photos on the website and cant wait to install them this weekend.

Unseriöse Firma, absolute Katastrophe. Nach 2 Monaten immer noch keine Ware trotz direkter Zusendung einer Sendungsnummer. Nach mehrmaligen Anfragen, kam nur die Aussage das es an dem Versandunternehmen liegt. Das Versandunternehmen hingegen behauptet das die Ware noch nicht vorbereitet ist.

Der Fall ist bereits gemeldet. Daher lieber direkt Finger weg!

I'm.having a terrible time with this company. I was sent the wrong order 6 weeks ago and since then written numerous emails, get a reply and then I'm ignored, I have been on the phone to them three times, waiting in a que for 25 minutes and the last conversation I was promised a refund and it has not been done. I'll be ringing them again this week. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.
I was contacted yesterday after writing to them again. Assured they would prioritise my refund as a matter of urgency. This has not been done?!!
I am so shocked by the treatment to a customer.

I do not like writing negative reviews but this company deserve it. I agree worst company every. I ordered 1 adjustable kaleidoscope radiator cover on 8 January 2022 @ (£90.00) and Ok with the 8 week delivery, due by March. I did not receive any updates and they did not inform me that they could not meet this date. I had to chase the company for an update. Further assurances of delivery by May, then June, then end of July. The company have still not delivered, they do not provide updates or respond to emails and I waited 20 minutes to get through on the phone.. I have now had to cancel the order and they have promised a refund, hopefully, this will arrive without further chasing. In addition, unbelievably, they are still advertising this product for sale at a discount price of £67.00 with 8/10 week delivery!

If I can say anything about Screen with Envy it would be AVOID at all costs. I placed an order on 23rd June 2022 which never arrived. I emailed several times, engaged in the online chat at least 5 times and kept being given the same information, it's due in August (at the moment) then they stopped responding.
When I finally got fed up of being ignored I raised it as a query with PayPal. Then it transpired I had apparently ordered incompatible items, which they don't full-fill or even let you know. They'd never once mentioned this previously and they hadn't contacted me or refunded me.
They suggested I pay more to upgrade to compatible items, saying if I did I could have my order within the week.
I paid, stupidly believing them.
I received 3 tracking emails, all from different courier companies, all with a consignment number but no other information. No delivery arrived.
So today I contacted them with the pictures of the various consignment numbers and said I was concerned that they were acting fraudulently and was going to contact trading standards. Within an 2 hours I received a response saying they'd cancelled my order and recalled it from the courier because 'you have named us fraud' 'We wish you a pleasant day ahead'
So all I can say is AVOID Screen with Envy and thank goodness I used PayPal.

Ordered 4 trellises in May.
Waited and waited but nothing arrived. Very hard to get through to them and then much more empty promises. Found out they were sold out - why sell something you don’t have and not even let the customer know that? So changed to a different trellis, promised they would be sent out but nothing arrived.

After much chasing finally told they were coming in end of July. End of July came and went and in mid August (via Georgia who very possibly is the only one who can do anything) , I was promised them. But not the ones I wanted as they were still unavailable.

A package arrived today after a day of waiting and I was so happy … only to open in to find a lone trellis. Where are the other 3? More chasing?

Frustrating and disheartening. Avoid this company at all costs. They should be lucky to have Georgia who at least is true to her word.

Nie wieder habe dort Ware bestellt die angeblich versandt wurde allerdings war die Versand Nummer nie gültig daraufhin habe ich bei PayPal einen Fall eröffnet und mein Geld zurück bekommen. Immerhin hat mir beim ersten Mal der Kundendienst geschrieben dass es Probleme im Lager gibt. Da ich die Ware aber unbedingt haben wollte habe ich sie ein zweites Mal bestellt das ist jetzt auch schon Wochen her und es ist nichts passiert und auf keiner meiner Anfragen wird reagiert ich werde mein Geld also wieder per PayPal zurückholen und versuchen ein ähnliches Produkt von einem anderen Hersteller zu kaufen. Anscheinend gibt es hier massive Probleme daher lieber Finger weg

Kein Stern wäre angebracht!! Das ist Betrug! Im Juni gekauft, vertröstet worden auf Mitte Juli. Nun keine Rückmeldung mehr und die Firma ist telef nicht erreichbar. Hoffe mein Geld über PayPal zurück zu bekommen?

Screen with envy are all over social media, offering 25% here 50% there...problem is they can't fulfil their customers orders so why keep advertising and generating business (money in their account!) when they do not have the infrastructure within the company to meet demand. The sales team must be as frustrated as the customers...come on Berkert's get your business sorted!!

I've placed 2 orders now, the first came quickly and was spot on, missing a gate, but they did inform me after I placed the order it would be a 6 weeks wait. I accepted that but am now chasing them up for a delivery date. The job needs finalizing and getting contractors is hard enough but not having a confirmed date for delivery is very frustrating! No sign at all of my second order so really don't know what is going on there.
Such a shame as the products are really lovely.

Ich wollte es nicht wahr haben, was die ganzen Bewertungen angeht, aber sie stimmen. Ich habe im Vorfeld meiner Bestellung telefonisch erfragt, ob meine gewünschten Artikel vorrätig sind. Als es mir bestätigt wurde, kaufte ich die Ware. Dann geschieht plötzlich nichts mehr. Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert. Selbst über social Media geht keiner auf meine Nachrichten ein. Habe nun mein Geld via Paypal zurück geholt.

I bought two planters one arrived in the right colour and is lovely but the second one was in cream instead of grey.After numerous email and tries at contacting customer service I have been unable to resolve this matter.Going off other reviews it appears that when things go wrong the company is incapable of rectifying the issue.Be very careful if you order from this company there are others around that are more reliable.I wish I had read the reviews before spending a large amount of money.

Laut Webseite soll am nächsten Tag Waren versendet werden. Laut Shop und vielen Nachrichten Monate später. Geld nur über Käuferschutz von Paypal wiederbekommen.
