Does not do refunds! I have now chased 3 times for a refund for a product that was never delivered, with direct communication with CEO promising a refund and still it has not happened

I will be taking them to court if they don’t pay soon

Would give 0 if possible can anybody give me a like if you have been waiting a year for a product?? This is beyond acceptable having paid in full a lot of money and still waiting been given every excuse in the book

Ordered on 1st sept. Two fences plus posts. Compared to their companies for similar it was 100 quid cheaper. Only then did I start to cotton on to the swathes of disgruntled customers with no or faulty goods trying to get a resolution from them. Then I noticed comments of a negative nature getting deleted. Worried, I tried to email to be greeted with the same generic responses. I’m not hanging about for months. If they don’t deliver within 15 days of my order I’ll be getting my money back via my card. Note to the company. You’ll grind it into the ground by acting in this manner. What seemed like a decent company at one point will be ruined. If there are issues, stop taking orders doing sales promotions etc. it’s not fair on your customers.

Would give a 0 rating if I could. Stay well away. Absolute nightmare. Order day keeps getting pushed back. Been waiting since end of May. They give you a vague due date then nothing. Yet they still advertise over the social media platforms!! When I expressed my disappointment/concerns on their pages, they removed all comments and others too! I can no longer comment on their page, it won’t allow me but they still have my money, shocking.

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I ordered some screens 3 weeks ago, had an email saying they had been dispatched with a tracking number. Nothing has arrived. I have spent hours on hold trying to talk to them - their system reports wait times on the phone of 3-11 minutes but every time hold continues until I am cut off at 30 minutes. I have left multiple messages and emails asking to cancel the order but nothing. I managed to talk to somebody on online chat once and was told that they wouldn't be available until October. I would strongly recommend to avoid this company

ACHTUNG! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ware nicht erhalten und keine Kommunikation möglich. Telefonisch ist es unmöglich jemanden zu erreichen und auf Emails wird nicht geantwortet. Habe den Fall an Paypal übergeben und hoffe darauf, dass ich mein Geld zurück erhalte! Schade, da die Produkte wirklich toll aussehen.

Worst company i have ever experienced! I suggest everyone reports them to trading standards as you don’t even get the item you pay for! Their website is a lie and after getting in touch with them, you get promised a delivery date then it gets pushed back another month! This has happened around 4-5 times now and i have been waiting around 7 months in total as i tried re ordering it. Complete waste of time! I want a refund! SCAM!

If there were an option for Zero stars then I would choose that option...... Two separate orders made over 7 weeks ago and still nothing delivered. Was not even informed about any delays when I ordered. I have chased many times on the phone only to be cut off after a 30 min hold time telling me nobody is available. I have left messages but no body returns the calls. The company online chat is useless and when they do respond its only LIES. Have contacted credit card issuer now to start a refund. DO NOT use this company unless your happy for them to take your money and not deliver on their so called promise.

Do not order from this company unless you want to be massively disappointed.

Sent the items however we want to change the posts that they’ve sent and they do not pick up the phone or respond to email’s.

habe im Juli Ware bestellt, nachdem ich mehrere E-Mails, Telefonate tätigte,erfolgte ein Rückruf u eine schriftliche Bestätigung mit Postcode, dass die Ware am 3.8. versandt und spätestens in 4-5 Tagen (kennt man ja schon von der Internetseite) geliefert wird. Da nichts ankam, versuchte ich vergeblich per Telefon und E-Mail die Sache zu klären. Leider meldete sich screenwithenvy.de nicht mehr. Bis heute habe ich immer noch nichts erhalten. Beim Einloggen auf der Postseite, keine Veränderung, die Ware liegt beim Absender oder liegt da nur ein Code?
Habe heute mit einem freundlichen PayPal Mitarbeiter gesprochen und soeben eine E-Mail erhalten, dass mir der abgebuchte Betrag gut geschrieben wird. Danke PayPal, Nie wieder screenwithenvy.de

Achtung Abzocke!!!
Ware wird nicht ausgeliefert (ich warte mittlerweile 1,5 Monate auf die Ware) und keine Kommunikation (keine Antwort auf E-Mails oder Telefonanrufe) mit der Firma möglich!
Bestellt bitte nichts da, das scheint eine Fake Firma zu sein.
Ich habe um Rückzahlung meines überwiesenen Betrages gebeten, aber keine Rückmeldung.
Das Geld ist wahrscheinlich weg....

I have no doubt that the running of this company is by fraudulent owners. I paid for a gate and they sent a couple of planks and part of a frame.

avoid at all costs. spent around £1k on screens and a gate in july, with a 1-5 day delivery time as all products showed as in stock. a week passed, then 2 and then 3. i got no communication and had to keep chasing to be told they are waiting for stock, despite them still advertising sales on stock being available which included the products i ordered. luckily i paid with paypal so i trust my refunds will arrive as i have raised cases to cancel my order, absolute joke of a company

Schlechtester Lieferant ever! Ware wurde lange nicht geliefert, dann habe ich sie selber abgeholt und warte nun seit Wochen auf Resterstattung! Immer wieder werde ich vertröstet!! Es meldet sich auch nur nach jeder 5. mail jemand!

6.März 2022 bestellt, 140,-€ bezahlt und immer wieder vertröstet worden- wegen angeblicher „Lieferschwierigkeiten“…!
Habe jetzt (erst!) PayPal eingeschaltet und hoffe auf Rückerstattung…
Unglaublich wie sich eine „Firma“ derart durchbetrügen kann!!!

Keine Ware erhalten. 4 Monate gewartet, mehrfach E-Mails versendet, nur vertröstet und sogar mit 10% Rückzahlung beschwichtigt worden. Paypal eingeschaltet- dort wurde eine Sendungsnummer durch die Firma angegeben. Da ich,dank eines Berichtes hier, wusste das Paypal den Fall schließt und dann dennoch keine Ware kommt, habe ich dort sofort angerufen und mein Fall wurde offen gehalten. Ich habe das Geld mittlerweile wieder. Großen Dank an den Berichtschreiber hier und Paypal! Mein Rat: Finger weg von dieser Firma!

Im Februar für knapp 2000,- € bestellt -ein 2 Monate zuvor bestelltes Einzelteil zur Ansicht kam pünktlich- , nun monatelang (bis heute Ende August) vertröstet wegen angeblichen Lieferschwierigkeiten, zig Mal versprochen es stünde bereit und schon auf der Palette abholbereit, nun ist die Spedition schuld. Wir bekamen sogar eine Sendungsnummer. Nach Anfrage bei der Spedition: Sendungsnummer unbekannt. Kein Auftrag unter dieser Nummer bekannt. Mindestens 30 Mails/Chats und doppelt so viele Anrufe in Holland (die können angeblich nicht auf deutsche Bestellungen zugreifen) und Berlin. (Briefkastenfirma?), keine Rückrufe nach Anfrage. Reine Hinhalte Taktik.
Ironie: In einer Mail wurden wir gefragt, ob wir ein Foto vom Zaun in unserem Garten zusenden könnten. Man könnte drüber lachen, wenn es nur nicht so traurig wäre. Schade, denn die Zäune haben uns gefallen.
Wir haben nun unsere Kreditinstitute informiert und Strafanzeige gestellt.
