I’ve placed an order with them and they will not answer emails or telephone calls or chat or bot . I’m trying to get a delivery date or a refund. I believe they haven’t git the stick

Basically Do not touch this company that’s all I have to say. You were warned.

This company will take your money and go quiet, you will not receive any item, that will keep telling you that the order is delayed until you are stuck, I'm trying to get my money back vi my bank right now, so not order with them, I wished I checked trustpilot before using that site.. They are a cancer

HORRENDEOUS!!!! Avoid like the plague!!

Ordered gate (£266) waited 3 months, was given the run around in that time of fake consignment numbers, no gate arrived. Company ignored my requests for refund & cancel order.

Luckily paid via Paypal & Paypal intervened & issued me a full refund.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Am 5.8. bestellt und bezahlt. 1.620 € !!! Ware sollte sofort geliefert werden, da angeblich auf Lager. Seitdem nichts außer Ausflüchte. Heute Strafanzeige gestellt und Bank benachrichtigt. Anwalt ist nun auch tätig. Ware sieht toll aus, aber man bekommt sie nicht. Finger weg!!!! 1 Stern ist schon zu viel.

Ware bestellt und nicht erhalten. Keine Antwort auf E-Mails und Telefonate. Zum Glück mit Paypal gezahlt.
Ergänzung: Mittlerweile das Geld durch Paypal zurück erhalten.

Terrible customer service, they do not answer the phone. Do not email properly just generic cheesy message. We are in the industry and I would not trust using again.

I have used this company so I am an existing customer. This was a year or two ago. It was all very good and the screens look amazing, plus they arrived on time and with good customer service. I was impressed.

Second time round though, not so. I placed an order back in July and I am still waiting for it. I didn’t receive an email confirmation for my order and I had to chase this up. I was told then that it would be September before my order was dispatched. There was nothing on the website, at this point, to state any stock shortage or delay. Nor was I told about a delay when I ordered. In fact, the ordering process lead me to think that my order would arrive in a few days.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get an update from Screen With Envy on my order. My emails haven’t been replied to properly, nor is anyone available on their “chat” facility. This is very disappointing to say the least.

I am concerned that their website is still advertising sale items and discounts, when it seems that the company are having difficulty fulfilling their existing orders. I am still receiving automated text messages about the discounts, asking me to buy to reep these wonderful offers!

I can appreciate why people on here are feeling scammed. I have bought products from Screen with Envy before, so I do think that perhaps there’s some difficulty with staffing or supply that is causing this poor situation. I am trying to be open minded and patient. However, that will only last so long. My order was placed in July and I’ve heard nothing more about my order.

Come on Screen With Envy. You can do better than this. Please just be honest and update your customers. Communication is key here. Don’t let a bad situation get any worse.

That said, I will shortly be placing a claim through my credit card for goods bought, but not received.

IT PAINS ME TO HAVE TO PUT ONE STAR THERE!!!
If being scammed, being mislead by false advertising, being blatantly lied to, being replied to with sarcastic comments, then this is the Company for you. When Customers click to buy, it states that they're waiting for new stock on the product...so to pre-order & pay...The thing they don't tell you is that there is no stock coming in & the chances of them getting in touch at some point to notify you that it's back in stock & out for delivery is a total load of you know what!!!
In a nutshell...they take Customers money with no intention of sending what they've paid for & stall for as long as possible to refund them & not at all if they can get away with it!!!
I had to open a case via PayPal...It is them who decided in my favour & gave me my money back...

I placed orders with this in July and August. They failed to supply my goods. I have been trying to get a refund since 21st July. They constantly ignore my request. I have asked my credit card company to try and help me get my money back. They don’t deserve any stars. They are a terrible company to deal with.

0 stars , made orders for radiator covers in Feb 2022, which initially said 6 week timeframe for delivery however again changed to month after month !!! Still no radiator covers and no response to emails /web chats / phone calls !!! This is over £200 and we are absolutely devastated 😡

Im Mai hatte wir Sichtschutzelemente bestellt. Wir wurden hinsichtlich der Auslieferung immer wieder vertröstet. Allerdings erst, als wir sie angeschrieben hatten. Anfang September hat es uns dann gereicht. Da wir über Paypal bezahlt hatten, kam das Geld auch wieder zurück. Allerdings ist der Sommer vorbei und ein Sichtschutz haben wir nun nicht… Zeitverschwendung.

Do not use this company, they don’t send the order, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer social media, they don’t reply to emails.

£1000 order and we have nothing, luckily we paid by credit card so currently in the process of a charge back.

Screen with Envy does NOT deserve even a single Star! Shame on this company! This kind of modus operandi from an online retailer is my worst nightmare!!!

If you are tempted with their sale offers and thinking of ordering, please DON’T,
save yourself from unnecessary stress! This company seems to operate to lure customers into ordering, they take the money and run with it, and you will never see the goods that you order.
I don’t think they intend to, they just take your hard earned money. How shameless!!!

I ordered decorative screen panels with NEXT Day delivery promise on 12th April 2022, but 4 months on I still HAVE NOT received the items. They gave me empty promises, pushing back delivery month by month but it never arrived. Read the negative reviews and I realised then I am one of these poor customers who are unfortunate to have dealt with this awful company. I requested a refund, and was promised to receive it in 3-7days but 1 month on I still haven’t receive it in my account. All empty promises, again. I emailed them again in the hope that they will do the right thing, and to let them know that I will be taking action if they don’t refund… now they no longer respond to my email.
I am now going back to my credit card company for a refund.
But how awful is this company?! And why, despite the many complaints and negatives reviews are they still allowed to continue to trade?!!

FAKE SHOP

Habe nachdem ich keine Ware im versprochenen und angegebenen Zeitraum erhalten habe versucht den Kundenservice zu erreichen im Chat und via Mail. Katastrophe. Man konnte mir dort nicht helfen und hat im Chat immer nur gesagt, dass man es weiterleitet und sich für die Geduld bedankt.

Hab dann per Mail eine Frist gesetzt. Als die Frist zur Lieferung oder Benennung eines konkreten Zustelltermins ebenfalls verstrichen war, habe ich online Anzeige wegen ‚Warenbetrugs‘ erstattet und bei PayPal einen Fall eröffnet, welcher inzwischen zu meinen Gunsten entschieden wurde, sodass mir das gezahlte Geld zurück überwiesen wurde.

Falls ihr auch dort bestellt habt und nichts kommt, wartet nicht darauf. Es wird nicht passieren. Erstattet Anzeige (geht online super schnell) und schaltet PayPal ein!

Falls ihr da bestellen wolltet, weil die Produkte so toll aussehen und das Angebot gut ist. Vergesst es. Ihr kriegt täglich teils mehrfach täglich SPAM Mails mit *Achtung Ironie* super tollen einmaligen Angeboten. Das sind Lockangebote um euch das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen für Produkte die nie bei euch ankommen werden.

Der Shop ist hochgradig unseriös und die Anschrift in Venlo ist lediglich nen Tor in nem Lagerhallenkomplex wo nirgend der Firmenname steht.
