Great quality items at reasonable prices
School trends have provided good quality uniform at very reasonable prices for our setting for many years. The website and choice is great and the fact parents can order direct takes the admin away from the setting. I highly recommend for a fantastic service.

whenever I've needed assistance or wanted to add a particular item the team have always got straight back to me and been able to fulfil our requests no matter have big or small.

I recently placed an order for Year 6 school hoodies and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The service I received was exceptional from start to finish. The team was incredibly responsive, addressing all my queries with impressive speed. Attempted to email to enquire about sizes, as my son usually wears 6-7/7-8 depending on the brand. Their size guide measures him as a 3-4 year old? What 3 year old has a 24 inch chest...
Update:
To this saying a negative review is the only way to get a response - I have had two very helpful emails and a response to my review, and have been informed that turn around times are low at the moment. Anne and May were informative, kind and helpful. I have given 4 stars based on customer service but still deducted one as the sizes still don't match up to other uniform providers/ high street brands and this is really confusing.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry that you are struggling with the sizing on our website. Our sizes are pretty much standard sizing for most uniform suppliers and high street retailers. If your child wears a 6/7 or 7/8 from a high street shop then please order that size. Where there is only a chest measurement such as 24" this is the child's chest measurement. The other measurements are actual garment measurements which are bigger than the child to enable movement and dressing/undressing.

We ordered a whole school uniform for the pupils in our school with the help of Tracey who was amazing.
One of our pupils had an issue with her cardigan where the cuff had come away from the sleeve. Tracey arranged that a replacement was ordered and sent out to us on the same day. Great service. Thank you.

School Uniform Orders
We bulk order our school uniform from School Trends making it easier for parents to purchase and collect uniform from the school.
Always have brilliant customer service and communication from Tracey, who keeps us informed with orders and will always try to get us the best deal.
We have just also purchased the fleeces for the staff, which came after the Christmas holidays but just in time for the cold weather last week and they have been enjoyed and welcomed from the staff. Very good quality!

Great company demonstrating excellence when things don't quite go right!
School trends really are great little company a sign of excellence is how well they perform when things don’t go as expected and here they have been amazing!
We’ve used them for 5 years now to order uniforms and on the two occasions we’ve had order issues - they were quick to respond (even in the last days before Christmas) and the issues were resolved quickly.
I must add neither issue was their fault (one involved a ripped parcel with a missing item - the delivery driver found it in his van a few days later and somehow realised it was ours). Second was a payment issue where money was taken despite the banking process saying the transaction failed.
Extra thanks to Linda on this most recent occasion for her understanding and prompt action.

I ordered a Christmas T-shirt from School Trends and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and the delivery was quick, arriving well in time for the festive season.
