Terrible. We booked 8 tickets to the Inverness 2026 Sausage and Cider Festival. They cancelled the tickets a couple of weeks before the event and told us to click a link to process a refund, which would be sent within 10 working days. 30 working days later and still nothing and they are not responding to my emails asking where my money is. Its a SCAM! I am pushing for my refund through paypal (hopefully they will help get it resolved) I bet lots of people haven't noticed they didn't refund their tickets, so these guys would have made a lot of money from this non event.
Will NEVER book with sausageandcider festivals or livetourpromotions again. Shame companies like this exist.

3rd Visit to Warwick and boy its gone downhill. Stupidly expensive cider. £7.50? Seriously? The big bars cider tasted crap and the side bars were poured from boxes. Bands were ok but the whole vibe was flat. Wont be returning. Cant justify a huge expense to listen to music and be fleeced doing so.

If i could give zero i would. Paid for my ticket with the promise of cider & sausages, two of my favourite things. Only to be told by the venue (independent) that the festival wasn't happening...even though tickets were still on sale!

We're a couple of months down the road and still no refund. Promises have been made.....and broken. Requests for my bank details were made....and laughed at! They have now said they would refund me via paypal! So we'll wait and see what happens with that.

BE VERY CAREFUL

The festival is expensive to enter given the cost per pint and food. However, we knew what we were signing up for and were happy to go again 2 years in a row, as our group discovered Silent Disco in 2025 and loved the atmosphere. This year, 2026, at Guildford, it stopped at 8 pm; they still had 2 hours to go! Unlike the year before, when they stopped 30 minutes before the event finished. We weren't the only ones unhappy with this, and we witnessed groups of people being escorted out of the venue with force and what can only be described as unjustifiable, including one person who seemingly required some looking after; they appeared to want to eject them from any responsibility or care. They really didn't care for the safety or welfare of their paying customers. None of our group will ever attend these or associated events again; absolutely disgraceful behaviour from security and such a disappointment to the event's entertainment.

Overpriced food and small portions, sound quality from the stage wasnt great. Rude security. Won't be going back.

Scamming bastards sold tickets through blue light card scheme knowing they were cancelling the Inverness festival but wouldn't have to refund these tickets if they claimed it was just covering fees

Absolute P*** take. This is billed as a family festival, we went along and upon entry they refused us to take a small picnic blanket in, no reason given just that they’re not allowed! But it seems if you wanted to take in a chair and smoke weed that was absolute fine! Security needs to sort their selves out! Never again.

Used to be great- we always rebook- NEVER AGAIN! Went to Quex park one yesterday! We knew we couldn’t take any soft drinks (learnt that last year!) but £3.50 for a can of coke- £7 for a cider (minimum) £12 for a really rubbish frozen cocktail with the rudest guy serving- (if your reading this you honestly don’t have to be so rude! You advertised two cocktails that you didn’t have any of right at the beginning of the event and then were rude as we had to look at the menu before choosing- no one behind us so not sure what your issue was- we planned on a few cocktails so maybe that’s why you never had a queue?)
We had our shawls taken off us as they said they might be used as blankets- (no!!! We bought them with us incase we got chilly in the evening and they were actual pieces of clothing nothing like blankets!!) and to top it off after Barry it was an absolute load of rubbish!!! So we left…..we definitely won’t be rebooking- such a shame for quex park as they host some incredible events! This was just some huge money making scam -
Met some lovely people in the crowds though so that was the only bonus!

Really enjoyed the festival great tribute acts and enjoyed the food and drinks.yes a bit pricey but most festivals are.clean toilets and separate mens and womens and soap and water outside the toilets even though the water ran out .

Absolute bloody joke! Clearly Oasis have cancelled at Worcester because they couldn’t get ticket sales and it’s dead here. We were only aware stereophonic had cancelled because we saw the bands TikTok detailing the fact that ticket sales were so bad so they wouldn’t be paid. The same has obviously happened to Oasis. At least let us know they have cancelled instead of advertising that they are playing on the day still? Tried to find event staff to ask and they’re all running away not talking to anyone and have earphones in. Embarrassing

Arrived at southend yesterday around 2pm, venue layout was awful, previous years the food/stalls were around the perimeter leaving spectators seating/view of the stage. This year sets placed in the middle .. vendors placed here and there.. in my opinion all to make us squashed in and to feel more busy. Extremely disappointed no headliner, we waited all day for queen.. well we should have gone home. Opened with the most unknown songs, created absolutely 0 atmosphere.. we left straight after this. To say i am disappointed is an understatement, tickets are not cheap especially when you are paying the same price as other locations with real band headliners! will not be coming back.

Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere - not too busy, good mix of ages. The toilets were CLEAN and the bands were good - except UK Queen at the end who started with too many lesser known songs and were actually a dampener on the atmosphere.

Terrible company to work with, Any attempt at communication via their generic email to either sausage and cider fest or the promoter live tour performances go Continuously unanswered, do not attempt buisness with these companies if it requires having contact with them.

We went to Winchester in 2025 with VIP tickets and enjoyed the day but had cause to complain about the organisation and access which was a shambles. We received an apologetic reply with the offer of free tickets for 2026 and the promise that the organisation would be better. The tickets have not arrived and they haven’t replied to my emails for the past three months. There’s no way of contacting them other than this one email address. Would avoid parting with money as no comeback.

Just left the Norwich 2026 event. Profoundly disappointing. 1 sausage vendor, and didn’t have 3 of the flavours we wanted. Not sure how this can be called a sausage festival! In fairness, there were quite a few ciders, but none especially nice. Felt like a rip off, in all honesty

Got told I couldn’t have an umbrella as it was classed as weapon and after when I left went to collect my umbrella “weapon” from security but it wasn’t there and was stolen and other umbrella were just on the floor in a pile in the rain to be collected and got told if yours has been taken to take someone else’s from the pile

Sausage & cider selection was the Wűrst…
This was Stoke on 06/09/25 for those that wanna know.
The one star was purely for the fact that the event was walking distance from home.
The selection of ciders and sausages that was on offer could be counted on one hand, the promoters could have saved a chunk of money on the promotional material by just calling it a festival instead.
The Oasis tribute was lacklustre and unenthusiastic at best, looking and sounding nothing like the real deal. And when Barry from Eastenders of 25 years ago took to the stage, proudly proclaiming that he was still milking his karaoke ‘win’ from celebrity stars in their eyes 20+ years ago, that sealed the deal for us and we decided to go and spend our money in Wetherspoons instead!
All in all an awfully disappointing and woeful experience all round, only saved by the fact that we bought the tickets in advance back in March from a promotional flyer using the discount code on the official booking website instead of the one listed on the flyer, and actually paid less than £4 per ticket INCLUDING the booking fee. Those people who paid more (up to £40 per ticket with booking fee) were clearly fleeced of their hard earned money and should demand a refund.

I actually really enjoyed this event despite the negative reviews we read prior to going. We attended the Stoke sausage and cider festival on the 06/09. There was a queue but this moved quickly, staff seemed pleasant and polite with us all day. The acts were very good and entertaining. Scouting for girls were amazing. The only negative I had is that the food/ drinks were pricey but that was expected at an event like this. They did run out of a few ciders but again it was a very busy event. We did have a lot of space around us though and I didn't feel cramped.
Would go again next year!
