Rustandoak Recensioni

Good price, quality product and timely delivery. The shelf has enhanced my newly decorated and carpeted lounge.

We have ordered from this company before and were very happy with the service and quality of the products (shelves). This time was no different, I have recommended them to friends and family.

Ordered two shelves.Excellent quality, arrived on time specified.Had loads of compliments, would definitely recommend.Looking to buy the table and benches in the matching shade.

No problem ordering our landing table, arrived on time, fantastic quality. In fact I ordered another for downstairs hall. Would definitely use Rustand oak again.

Terrible customer service from start to finish. From vaugue lead time information, to discustingly rude customer service emails. Currently in dispute with the managing director regarding a table that was sold to me with the miss-leading company name 'Rust & Oak' for a table that was in fact, NOT OAK! Asked for a refund, to be told 20% reduction (totaling 3 figures!) will be deducted. I will be taking this to my credit card for dispute.

I’ve used Rust and Oak a number of times and the service and product quality is exceptional. The product arrives promptly, well packaged. Easy to install and looks good when fitted.

We are very pleased with our dark oak industrial dining table with bench and chairs.

A quality piece of craftsmanship that should last a lifetime unlike some of the disposable stuff you can find online these days. It’s nice to have some real wood on show.

The service was very good too.

Really good quality and service. Definitely buy again. Very pleased 🙂

Table and bench is amazing quality. Chose Whiskey colour and so happy with it. The company was amazing. Order arrived on time and was well padded to avoid any mishaps during delivery. Overall an excellent experience and would recommend this company.

Excellent product and service - really would recommend

We are absolutely delighted with our Console Table with Shelf (22.5cm depth, 84cm high, 60cm wide, Black) from Rust & Oak. It looks superb in our hallway and gives the space a very elegant and stylish finish.

The quality is excellent. It feels solid, well made and was surprisingly easy to put together. The slim depth is perfect for our hallway and fits beautifully without making the space feel cramped.

The customer service has also been exceptional. There was an unforeseen delay with delivery beyond the timeframe originally assured, but given the bespoke nature of the product and the wider geopolitical circumstances affecting supply chains, we felt this was understandable. Kristian O'Callaghan was extremely professional, helpful and communicative, and offered a 10% discount to acknowledge the unexpected delay, which was greatly appreciated.

Overall, we are very pleased with the product, its quality and how beautifully it sits within our hallway.
Highly recommended Rust & Oak.

Five stars for both the product and customer service.

Table and Bench are fantastic quality, communication has been simple and regular throughout the process.

I am very pleased with the handmade table and matching bench supplied by Rust & Oak, the Leadtime was met and the communication of delivery was easy.

would be happy to recommend and would purchase from here again

Clear & friendly communication. Kept updated throughout. And the table was easy to assemble, looks and feels great! Would definitely recommend. Thank you

We have ordered two separate items of furniture from rustandoak. A hall table and a pair of shelves. Both are absolutely gorgeous. As they are made to order, the delivery time is longer than pre manufactured ones. But to us it’s well worth the wait. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

Easy to order with a good choice of size and colours.
The table was so well wrapped that it took longer to unwrap than it did to put it together.
Very happy with my purchase.

Amazing furniture I ordered the dining table and chairs , coffee table, tv stand and side table. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding built to last, I will definitely be ordering more from Rust and Oak in the future, the customer and delivery service are first class, highly recommend.

Ordered a custom table to fit in my kitchen space and was not disappointed. The table is made of quality wood, super sturdy and very stylish. I am very pleased with the final product. Website was easy to use and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Thank you.

I love the console table I purchased. I had looked everywhere for a similar item but just couldnt find the right size or style to fit my small kitchen. I saw their advert and found just what I wanted. Its well made, value for money, looks great and extremely functional. So glad I found this company.

Fantastic product !
I’m really pleased with my shelves , exactly what I wanted .
Great communication from the seller after queries about the shade etc .

Superb quality, delivered quickly!
