We ordered matching colour dining chairs and bar stools. The products are exactly as described and getting compliments from family and friends.
The delivery was quick, highly recommended company.
The only thing that can suggest is to let customers know if orders are being split over separate delivery companies to avoid confusion. We thought we had chair legs missing but they arrived the same day via a different courier.

The quality of the table is excellent and the customer service was really good. We did have a slight issue with our order which was resolved quickly. It was clear they would do everything possible to ensure it was sorted with speed and the communication was great. Thank you MasterPlank Team! Really recommend. :-)

Unfortunately we had an awful experience with Masterplank. We bought six chairs from them in May 2025. First of all only 2 arrived. Eventually we received all six but within a couple months the legs became loose from one and the screw came out as the fitting looked faulty. When we contacted the company we were ignored. Eventually they replied and said they no longer stock the chairs and would send us spare parts if I sent pictures. There was no apology. 2 months later we haven't heard from them. At Christmas my nephew was sitting on the faulty chair and it collapsed. The chair is now completely broken and we only have of the 6 chairs. An awful and disappointing experience

Have ordered here a couple of times for various items.
Everything has always arrived with fantastic quality and this is matched by first class service. Questions are always answered quickly and with plenty of advice from an experienced team.

Ordered two sets of shelves from the same range at the beginning of September 2025. Shelving delivery quoted as 7 - 10 days at the time.
Order was delivered in December, minus all the fittings to put it together.
2026 still waiting for the fittings despite sending emails.
Could do a lot better in my opinion.

Just had my beautiful Oak dining table delivered by Stephen & Lewis. Fantastic service from start to finish. When ordering the table, the team were so helpful for me to get exactly what I wanted, they listened and advised accordingly. Stephen and the team kept me updated on delivery and when they were arriving. Stephen and Lewis were friendly and efficient when they arrived. A fantastic experience from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate, products are well photographed and the finished product looks exactly as it does online. We are over the moon with our new table, it arrived well packaged and the delivery guy was lovely. The table and bench were super-easy to assemble, and really good quality. The table fits perfectly in our house. Highly recommended!

Had a custom made breakfast bar made by master plank, they were extremely helpful in guiding me through the options and its turned out amazing!

The products are exactly what we wanted and as described .
The after service was also great as we had a question and the response was timely and accurate.

Recently purchased a solid oak table from their outlet as we needed this asap and couldn’t wait for the full lead time of a bespoke item. We were given the option to choose the stain colour so this suited us.
On receipt of the table we noticed the stain looked to have come up yellow in a certain area. I contacted masterplank who agreed there was an imperfection and the table shouldn’t have been sent out as it was.
I was offered a ‘partial’ refund of £100 or a full refund and the table collected, however this would’ve left us without a table and we’d have to start our search again and leave us without a table possibly for months.
Ideally we wanted a replacement but as this was from the outlet this couldn’t be offered so we accepted the £100 refund and would look to get the table repaired locally.

We have no been in possession of the table for just over 3 weeks now and a large crack is beginning to form.

I wish this could’ve been a more positive experience but we do not feel like we have got the quality we expected from this company.

Ordered an 8 seater reclaimed oak table and custom made console table to match. These are beautiful pieces of furniture that we are absolutely delighted with. They were delivered within the promised timeframe and we were kept up to date on progress at all times. They even sprayed our chair legs to match the table legs. Excellent service from Steven and Jordan. We recently took delivery of a rustic shelf which again is of excellent quality. Thank you so much Masterplank.

From the moment we ordered we were kept in the loop how everything was progressing. The chipping board came first, which was wrapped like it was gold. The quality is great. The table and benches arrived a few days later again wrapped like it was gold and easy to assemble. We are delighted with the quality. So glad we ordered from you guys so much better than anything we had seen from the big boys. 100% i’d recommend to my family and friends. Thanks very much

I received my desk after six weeks and both parts were damaged in transit not the company's fault I know after getting in contact with masterplank I received a call from the owner who explained the delivery service van had an accident and overturned and the company recovered and still sent the items i requested a refund due to the products being damaged beyond use and don't want to wait for another desk to be made and was refused the refund and shouted at down the phone by the owner for even asking for a refund worst customer service I have ever experienced please avoid at all cost not a professional company they could sort the issue and recover loss through delivery company insurance but did not want to know and made it my problem awful !!!

I ordered a kitchen table and 4 x chairs. The table was good, but the company failed to deliver the chairs as agreed. Despite constant chasing the chairs have still not been delivered, with the excuse that their supplier has caused delays. If you want a consistent service and with no delays, then I would look to another company as Masterplank are simply unreliable with excuse, after excuse !!!
