1 star is still too much for this company. Please don't order from them. My order never arrived, continually fobbed off, have requested refund twice but they are swerving my request. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. Please don't make the same mistake as I have made.

No rug arrived, they said it was sent by Hermes so I asked for a dispatch number, the one they gave me was out of thin air. Rip off conpany, probably chinese robbing people hook, line and sinker.. STAY AWAY..!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- My mum received her inaccurately described "rug" before me. I contacted Rugshow.co.uk straight away and advised them my wish to cancel, within their 30 days policy and they refused stating it was on its way. I managed to refuse the delivery when it came and now Rugshow are not responding to my emails. I have raised a dispute with PayPal and then escalated it, I hope PayPal sort out the refund and shut down this companies payment option with them. If they do not provide a refund or stop transactions occurring they are as fraudulent as Rugshow.co.uk.
UPDATE: With not receiving the delivery PayPal found in my favour and refunded the payment, so I advise you to reject the delivery at the door.

Like others have said this company operates on the fringes of what is legal in the U.K. the only thing that can be said is they do actually send ‘something’ but it is garbage and nothing like the pictures. When I requested a refund I got told they don’t refund sale items. But every item is a sale item on their site. They suggested I could sell it on - to some other poor sucker like me lol.

I completely agree with the preceding reviews. This company is trading fraudulently. When I requested a refund on a £120 “rug”!, they offered me £10! They are sending out rubbish and have completely ignored my consumer rights.
I bought through PayPal who I think are ignoring the issue so I won’t buy anything through them again and stick to a credit card transaction in future

Just just like everyone on here. I’ve been scammed. Bought a rug 4 weeks ago on 02/12/20 and now it’s 24/12/20, it’s still not arrived. The website is deceiving with the way it has .co.uk at the end. This is not UK based at all. I don’t even know how they are getting away with this. There is another site called “irugs” that’s similar. That one is American based. Make sure you check to see if they have an actual UK site address where they are based at in the UK.

Love the hidden policy of “No return on sales items” Disgusting rats. I’ve ticked the box so they see this review.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Rugs they are not I didn't see this site before I bought this bit of Rag.
Don't buy from these people what you order isn't going to be what you get.
It's Rubbish only good for the bin.
They mislead you from the beginning using a UK email making you think they are a UK company they are not they are based in Hong Kong.
They will scam you from the start.
When you complain They offer little discounts upto £25/£30 then when you refuse they tell you that you can have a refund if you send it back to China at your expense.
YOU can get any legal advice you want but it won't matter no one can do anything to get your money back
DON'T BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This is a scam company who will only refund your money if you pay to send it yourself to a warehouse in China. Although I am dubious that they would refund it if was returned and not claim it as lost.

The quality of the 'rug' is that of a microfiber towel with a nonslip base, nothing like the pictures show.

Do not order from this website.

This company is actually a scam and I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering and buying. Terrible quality product, not reflecting the picture - looks like a printed blanket. As all goods on the site are purported on sale, this means no returns (surely part of the process with on line ordering, where you only see your goods for the first time when received). As with other purchasers, I was told to either keep or sell, and that returning/shipping to the warehouse in China would be very expensive! Given that the site is called RugShow.co.uk, this is very misleading named if they have no UK address. More fool me, an expensive mistake. I should have realised when I requested a return label and instead got an email asking for more details of why I wished to return the goods, then the next email lengthily explained their reasoning why the return wouldn’t be possible. Avoid this company at all costs.

Very low quality, a plasticised ugly paper that came folded in a very small package and doesn't get straight again because it's not ironable. The quality they offer is at least 10 times smaller than the price required. If I could see the reviews before, I'd never touch this website!!!

Got money back via direct debit indemnity scheme. Contact your bank. PayPal would not help. They should remove them from their platform. Reported to citizens advice and trading standards.

As all others I was confident that I would never be scammed and normally check the sites I use. However like others you see the ,co.uk and assume it is a UK registered company. Wrong it would appear there is no law which covers this companies trading policy, because it's in China. Like others I bought a rug, like others when it arrived it was rubbish, like others I asked for a refund and got nowhere. There is a cost to pay for all of this. But no one seems to care? If the company was selling D rugs would that also be ignored or tolerated. It's time for some legislation to cover this type of activity on the internet

I so wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased this thing they call a rug. As you have all said unable to return, don't do refunds etc. It was suggested to me that I try to resell 😂😂😂😂😂 paid via PayPal however don't hold out much hope with them again going on these reviews . Avoid at all costs you would be as well chucking your hard earned cash it the fire.

Do not order from this company - the rugs come from China and are terrible quality. They are only good for the bin and they refuse to refund your money. Total scam

just been ripped of by this company as have you all on here i have spoken to citizens advise who will pass on my complaint to trading standards but there seems little we can do as consumers as they don’t have a uk address. the only way we could in someway stop them from selling in the uk is to complain to the platform that you found them on i/e facebook ebay. so i am hoping that you all read this & contact those platforms. These arent rugs they are little more than blankets they arent uk based and do not entertain returns or refunds
I didnt even open mine took one look and laughed sent an email asking for return address to be told they dont do refunds or returns on stuff for sale.
Seriously i mean really?... This company is not behaving according to the british standards so should therfore not be operating in the uk
Come on trading standards use these reviews to do your job at least

I bought a rug from the £45 queried the delivery to be told it had been delivered and this was left on my front door step not in a secure place will not do nothing about it
No customer care told me to speak with neighbors clearly I had already done this

I bought from this company in a rush and after a couple of weeks of no show rug I checked the reviews(I know, I know) I was horrified to see so many victims of this company and I am no exception. I am disgusted that a company like PayPal are letting this fraudulent company take money via them and my main issue is with PayPal now. So sad to think peoples hard- earned money is being taken by these scum bags. I hope they step on a Lego brick barefoot.
