This company is a scam. They sent a rug for which I paid close to £100 for, folded up into a tight square parcel. I complained saying the rug is damaged and has lines that look like wear and tear because of tight folding. They refused to accept return or refund me. DO NOT USE RUGSHOW - THEY HAVE NO DECENCY. Their actions damaged a rug that I now have no use for.

Please do not order from this company! I broke my own rules about checking on Trust Pilot before buying.
It's a shame that I had to click on one star!
Sadly, as everyone else has said the company are scamming people. Look on their Facebook page, lots of angry emojis, but of course they have deleted the comments. I wish as someone suggested, I could have refused delivery, but my postman manage to throw my nearly £200, 2 x 3 metres, 7kg thin nylon rug over the gate! I have escalated my complaint to Paypal and I will contact my credit card company if I don't get any joy through Paypal (it's not easy to complain through them). Hopefully Paypal will work this out for themselves and refuse to deal with this company soon.

Absolute scam. Trying to get money back from a £200 'rug' which looks like a pixelated image printed on a bath nylon bath Matt. Looks like something the kids would play on in primary school.
I am fuming. Please avoid. So annoying how these websites can get away with ripping off people for £100s of pounds. Reporting to trading standards and going through paypal to try and resolve doesn't look to hopeful.

Do not order from this company.Their goods are very poor quality and they have NO returns policy. If you are not happy they expect you to return int to the manufacturer in China at your own cost?

No words to describe the quality of the rug I bought. I wish I had seen the reviews before purchasing from the website.

Nightmare company. Called GB consumer advice and consumer advice European said Rugshow based in China with UK delivery depot. Not accepting returns as several others have commented should be closed down.. Wish I had thought to read reviews before wasting £85.

I’ve told rugshow I won’t let this drop! I’ve lodged an email complaint to the consumer ombudsman. Maybe others could do the same to put weight to our issues.

My mother ordered a carpet from these people. Not suitable colour. Asked to return it. Got told sorry it’s in sale. No return. But under their statement about returns it states if wrong colour it can be returned,
Asked again. Again replied no but we could return it to China! Offered me £5 to go away! This rug cost £91!
This carpet is soooo thin and folded into a cube. It weighs nothing but it Is apparently wool! I am absolutely livid.
They must have a UK hub. Please don’t get caught like we have! Utter rubbish!

Terrible ,wish I'd read the reviews before wasting £50 ,came today just like other people said it's like a thin blanket cane rolled up like a duvet!! Please do not buy !.

Didn't see the reviews until after I'd ordered 26/12. Tried to cancel but 'Shirley' advised item on way and not to worry about reviews as inaccurate and would love item

Recieved today and was folded smaller than I receive jackets in a polythene bag. Opened it up and the thing is so bad it's actually laughable. It's like a blanket with perm fold marks on it. Had three lengths of sellotape holding it tight. The thing is so cheap the tape has maked all the design and about ripped the pile off

This merchant operating from a gmail account too so probably not so trusted.

I'm reporting this company to trading Standards.

I accepted this rug thinking it was my new cushions omg its in a small white packet ?? No idea it was from the Rugshow duped totally it’s not even a rug it’s a large bath mat nothing like the pictures surely you should be protected and be able too return anyone got a returns address they are ignoring all my emails ???

Like most people who have posted on here wish I had looked into them - the rug we received was absolutely rubbish - e mailed to get refund and was told due to being in sale no refund could be made plus I would have to pay to send it back to China.
They advised me to try and sell it!!!!
Have contacted pay pal and they are looking into it - this company should be shut down and not allowed to advertise in UK

After writing this review I contacted paypal I did this online to start with and didn't get very far - I then decided to phone them and after 3 conversations I got all my money back - so anyone in same situation its worth persevering

I ordered 2 rugs paid 118 pounds when recevied they email did not look like as they should emailed them they said they cant return items on sale and it will cost a lot of money to return to china well the items came within over a week so that was a quick delivery from china so i think that might be a lie wish i read these reviews before i ordered but on there site they got good review

'Rug' is a flimsy piece of material that is printed, not woven. It is not compliant with UK standards. It is damaged, unusable and not fit for purpose.
Worth about 50pence.
Thinner than a tablecloth.
Sent from China.
Company offered a refund, if returned tracked. Investigated AND would cost £50 to return for a refund. Which I may not get so uneconomic.
Shoddy goods.
Cheats. Scam. Do not use.
I am requesting paypal remove as a supplier and Google do not return site in searches.

This site is a 100% scam and must be making loads of money selling rubbish that does not resemble a real rug or the design you ordered. It looks like white fluffy fibres that have been dabbed with dye to loosely resemble the design you ordered. They will not accept a return as it was in their sale. Paid over a £100 and waited a month to be ripped off. Do not go anywhere near them.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Bought a rug in December then read the reviews, quickly arranged for a refund but no option there as my rug was 'being made by the logistics team' Then a 'rug' turns up or should I say some material. It's not a rug, not the right colour even. Cannot emphasise enough. Avoid.

It is not a rug - it's a fabric with a very bad print on it. Tried to return and the addrress is in China. The cost to return it is higher than the cost of the "rug".
As everybody here said "IT IS A SCAM".

Something should be done about this company. I bought a “rug” a few weeks ago. It is not fit for the dogs basket! Tried to return but same as everyone else was told to sell it on eBay as it was on promotion!
What a scam - is there no action we can all take?

Paid £80 for what I thought was a rug from a UK based company.

Turns out they are based in China and the "rug" is actually an over engineered blanket.

And don't even bother trying to get a refund, their terms and conditions say you can not return a rug that is on promotion. 100% of their rugs have a promotion, so you can't return anything. Also because they are based in China, they make you pay shipping.
The 'customer service rep' I emailed with told me "because of the high shipping cost you might as well either keep it or sell it", and that's a direct quote from them.

What a joke of a company. Pretending to be a UK company and then to not even allow any returns because every rug is on offer and per their terms and conditions you can't return a promotional item.

Like everyone else I only read the reviews after a long wait for my purchase! I won’t call it a rug as it was a piece of rubber backed, screwed up printed foam !!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
