Communication was great throughout. They were quick to respond, explain the quote and pricing. All info needed and updated provided by email along with eta. On the day, the team were friendly and quick. Good value.

Speedy easy friendly experienxe
Incredibly speedy and personal quote within 10 mins of requesting help. Flexible quote as if I needed more space, I could have added more for a small fee at collection.
Great communication post booking about time slot and a call 30 mins before arrival from the 2 really lovely guys who arrived and loaded.

Collection of an old bath - very fast!…
I needed my old bath ( which was being replaced) taken away. I checked with my local Council- they couldn’t take it till 17th January. This company took it away within an hour of me calling them. They collected from my flat - not outside where the council would have needed me to move a bath!
The pricing was great too. I will definitely use them again.

End of tenancy flat clearance
Very efficient service, the guys came on time and were polite and very professional, they cleared a 2 bed flat which was left in a terrible state by our previous tenants. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises. Thanks 🤩

A delightful quick and efficient service
The whole process of removing a sofa bed was great from start to finish. I just googled them and rang straight away - was an emergency due to new sofa earlier delivery - rang, booked and they came the next day. If I hadn't made an error whilst booking they would have come the same afternoon. The guys were professional and courteous. They kept In touch (traffic was bad) and didn't knock a single wall. Thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you.

Horrible - DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
They underestimated my load by more than 2x so left more than half of it on my doorstep.
I even sent pictures of the rubbish to guarantee I was getting their best assessment.
I thought I was solving my problem on the same day but they took more than one day to show up and left me without solving my problem.
I now have to go try to find someone else to do it.

We’ve been in this line of work long enough to know that misunderstandings can happen, even when we aim to be as clear as possible. It seems there was some frustration on both sides, and we’d like to take a moment to reflect on what occurred.
From what we’ve reviewed, we were upfront about not being able to provide a fixed price due to the nature of the job. Instead, we offered a solution with an increased weight limit, which was agreed upon. Our crew worked to load the agreed-upon amount, but when it came to adding extra services, the arrangement for payment wasn’t finalized, which led to the remaining items being left behind.
We understand how disappointing it is to feel a problem hasn’t been fully resolved, and for that, we sympathize. However, we believe we operated within the terms communicated both verbally and in writing. We are sorry that this fell short of your expectations and caused you inconvenience.
We always strive to improve and will take your feedback into account as we continue to serve our customers. Should you wish to discuss this further, we welcome the opportunity to better understand your perspective.
