hello, i have been on Royal Panda only for about a month and have made several deposits and played a few games, i made a withdrawal of 240$ and received my money without issue, i now have a pending withdrawal of 260$ and am jumping through hoops to get it, i tried to withdrawal the money twice, i spoke to support many times, at first i was told to verify my ID, my address and my Idebit info. I uploaded my ID, and my newest proof of address wich was approved and i explained to support agent that i did not use nor have "Idebit" the method that i used to request a withdrawl was eCashout wich i had already provided the details for during my first withdrawal "the one i received". the support team said to me that the idebit was not necessary if i could provide my transaction ID account (Banking info) so i provided everything, even my transit and account information (nobody was clear on what i needed to do so i gave everythingin attempt to get my money) along with a screenshot of the transaction, basically gave them a void cheque for god sakes. right after i provided this information i was kicked off my casino account and was not able to log back in, support told me due to a security issue my account was frozen and i wan no longer able to sign in to my casino account. i was told that if i provided everything that i'd be able to log back in and that my payment would be processed. however, im now being told that my casino account cannot be found and support will no longer help me. i was given a "support email" insted. i've since been ignored. Currently..here is where i am with all this nonsense, i have a 260$ withdrawl that im not recieving, i cant log into my account, everything is verified and i've given every piece of documentation expected of me(enough for identity theft), but nobody can seem to help me , this feels like a scam. I'd keep researching other casinos, not recommended.

I am so frustrated with this company. I have tried for weeks to get my withdrawal. And as I read the other reviews I am so shocked. They don’t return emails, and have rejected my documents over and over. What a scam! I’m gutted

This casino was one of the few to be approved by my province to operate within my province. Again a decent selection of games with some of the worst odds out there. The reviews might be fake i cant speak for that. But good luck trying to win here. Think of it like a hole to burn right through your hard earned money without even enjoying it. Deposit some money and watch it go to absolute nothing. They hide behind the KYC verification to gate winnings which is sad way to screw over your customer base.

Royal panda almost ignored to give me back my Rs 8500 a week ago (Because of the KYC- In which I provide them all the possible info) but indian docs are not good enough for them. On the lightning roulette they didn’t give me the amount it supposed to be. Only answer i received from the royal panda executives is to clear my browser history. (I spoke with Diana and Claudia). this is the most unprofessional way to handle your customers

To be very honest I too have a bad experience with them I submitted my documents way back in 2017 and then also they are asking for documents and for a small withdrawal I had to chat for 5 hours to get that this documents are not clear this documents doesn't have sign match better go with 10 cric. IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN, VERY VERY POOR RETURN TO CUSTOMER, AND THEY CAN BLOCK YOU WHEN THEY DECIDE. I have been trying to withdraw my money for 3 months, they always have excuses, ask for the same documentation over and over again, "they provider has problems". Every time you contact them they will start the process again, asking you to send documentation, or simply to wait. I have contacted them probably almost 100 times, but they dont care. When you try to withdraw your winnings this is what you will face.

I had took a break since February. Logged back in today .. no issue .. deposited .. no issue. Went to play and it’s saying it looks like I’m logged out so can’t play. Chat was answering for a few mins then kept logging out. Says there is 1 person ahead of me the last hour.

RoyalPanda literally stole €100 from me. Deposited to get bonus, as I realised it was a bonus after wager type of bonus I immediately tried to withdraw, but I couldn't because my account was not verified. Every time I try to upload the documents I get error.
