Not spend your time and your money at here!!

I had tried to get a withdraw at here since middle of last month and now I'm still not get my money yet!! They had refused my withdraw 2 times and each time them used at least 1 week for it!!! Now I have report them already to the interpol...We'll see !! I had took my withdraw again after they refused my withdraw on Saturday!! Don't spend your time and your money at here peoples!!!

I highly doubt the rating is given by themselves. This company is complete fraud when you try to withdraw money they ask to upload all documents and once approved if you try to deposit and withdrawal they rejected to approved documents and ask you to produce new documents. Trying to block your money for withdrawal

So far really a good online casino. I love to spend my free time here, nice bonuses, customer service is top-notch, big game library withdrawals are fast, what could a gambler desire more. I recommend it to anyone who likes to gamble!

Have to disagree with all the negative comments. Site is great and had no issue with payouts, I bet small but had some decent wins and paid out promptly.

To those saying they didn't win, well it's a casino, what do you expect, it's not somewhere you can top up your wages, you are never guaranteed a win and if you can't afford the losses don't bet, simple as, customer support was also great, reckon a lot of the reviews are sour grapes!

Have to edit this review, after everything going OK I found out support is terrible, no replies, radio silence, stay away from this casino, far better out there with far better support!

They are so quick to take your money but when you request a withdrawal it’s like pulling teeth. Won a couple hundred bucks but my documents kept getting denied with no reason behind it. This site, and leovegas are some of the worst casinos I have tried. Their customer service live chat is terrible. If you don’t answer within 2 mins they will close your chat then you have to wait in a que all over again. I wish I read reviews before trying this site. Save your time and find a different casino

Absolute rubbish site fraudulently misleading advertising once deposited and never to be used again,the customer service was very poor,having said that,actually played ok and went up and down but the impossible to reach wagering assures you of losing.Not to mention the witholding of their offers.180 fs and no deposit top up for a first deposit is NOT worth going to this site.A lesson in how to lose customers and a day of rage reviews.

It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc - the licencing authorities also don't seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos - you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don't pay me out) player's winnings.

War heute mit 3 weiteren Personen zum Mittag im Royal Panda. Essen war nicht frisch und gut. Wir hatten alle nach dem Besuch Bauchschmerzen und Übelkeit. Bestellt wurde gebratener reis mit ente, pommes und nuggets, poulet süsssauer mit reis. Wir haben daraus gelernt und kommen nie wieder

My advice to everyone is not loose your hard earned money to royal panda. If you are new customer then your winning will be more to attract you and forced you to deposit big amounts by giving huge bonuses. But after that you will start to loose. There software is set up in that way. So don't fall in there trap and loose money. I think here 4 and 5 stars are there people. Why they are doing like this I don't know

Run away from these scammer. I spent thousands on Royal Panda and now trying to withdraw my winning. They closed my account and every time they give me different explanations. Do not waste any money here.

Worst app ever. They are not able to give a small winning of 400 INR only first the ask that type of document which is hardly available during put first withdraw as for verification . And after done that they put withdraw money in wallet again and again instead of giving it in my bank. Don't play in Royal panda
