Since my name isn't on my debit card they require proof of debit card ownership from the bank? I even used Flix to verify my info but they just make you jump through hoops to avoid paying.

If I could give this casino negative…
If I could give this casino negative stars I would!! Do not trust them. I requested a withdrawl of $80. After a couple of days it was approved, only I never got my money!! I emailed support over a dozen times and they had me send in a couple months of bank statement to show I never received my money. I sent all my bank statements multiple times. They then requested a summary and said it was too many documents for them to go through. I kept in touch tried multiple times to show all my personal information and transactions, clearly showing them they did not send me my money. They still are requesting more information that is not even possible to get. THEY ARE A SCAM!!! $80 is alot of money to loose with out even playing any games. DO NOT USE THIS CASINO!!!! BAD COMPANY AND SCAMMERS!!!

I lost $100 at $0.40–$0.60 spins without seeing a single bonus round. That’s gambling — fine. What’s not fine is how the “welcome bonus” is presented versus what it actually demands.
The 100% bonus comes with a 35x wagering requirement on BOTH the deposit and the bonus. Do the math — you’re expected to wager thousands before touching any “bonus” money. For a $100 offer, that’s roughly $3,500 in required play. At small bet sizes, that’s an endless grind. At higher bet sizes, your balance disappears before you’re halfway there.
It feels less like a promotion and more like a marketing trap dressed up in friendly panda branding..

I deposited and played on the Royal Panda platform and requested a withdrawal / refund of €2,365.
Despite multiple attempts to contact their support over an extended period, I have not received any meaningful response, nor has the amount been returned.
At this stage, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency, professionalism and timely handling of financial matters. Unfortunately, my experience with Royal Panda has fallen far below these basic standards.
I have now issued a formal legal demand for repayment. Unless this matter is resolved promptly, I will continue to escalate it through appropriate regulatory and legal channels.
I strongly advise prospective players to proceed with caution until this issue is properly addressed.

Not surprised to see the reviews plummeted for this casino. Used to be a fun place to gamble win or lose, but last year it has declined to massively loser site. You’re always ALMOST about to hit the bonus games , almost always about to make up losses but nope you just lose lose lose and when the rare bonuses do hit they are so low - don’t even make your deposit back. Going to remove them from my roster until I see some positive feedback from others. Massively disappointed.

Well I was a little bit suspicious about this site, after reading all the reviews, i though Oh No here we go again with corrupt casinos...

I have already provided a review on here about Royal Panda. I want to update where things went to. In my opinion I warn anyone NOT to use this site. A recent further verification process (as I had played and won money) was ridiculous. They were going through my bank statements line by line and asking questions about car sales, and other question’s. This goes beyond any verification process. I was very transparent and provided all my personal details including tax returns and bank statements. This opens up more and more questions. You provide information only to get more and more questions and specific personal questions beyond any verification.
I went onto the site today and just spent the $8,000 I had won as I was never going to get those winnings and closed the account.
Remember I spent more than I had ever won. I wanted some fun and ended up being treated like a criminal.
STAY AWAY FROM ROYAL PANDA THiS SITE IS A SCAM.
Watch the reply from them it’s just going to say they acknowledge how frustrating it can be etc etc. play on ROYAl PANDA at your own risk.

Site scams doesdnt pay out withdrawals even on verified accounts
So haven't used the site in a year I logged on 4 days ago and I could see anything until I verified so I sent in all required documents and I was now verified and could deposit. I make 600 deposits on a few days and yesterday I withdrew 6k well it's been 24hrs and still not processed so I MSG them and said my dl expired today being my bday and I needed to send it the new one. Well Canada post is on strike and I don't have it so I have to wait 30 days to get my new license funny thing is they still let me make deposits this site scams people and why I didn't use it for a year do use this site pls

I came here hoping to find my new favorite casino. Well I gave it week, played my favorite games and this is what I found. At the other casinos I have played, those same games gave you a back and forth of winning and losing that kept you playing for a long time. You hit bonuses way more often. And you actually won often. At this casino you put your money in and just like that, it's gone. No back and forth. No bonuses during game play. It's not fun.
