I use to enjoy this casino but be aware big wins and bonuses are extremely difficult to get and if you do get one expect a low payout. Spent thousands at this casino and never ever came close to a good win. The drop bonus program is also useless never win anything even after playing 3k betting only $1. They don't offer any cash backs on losses or good promotions. The only good thing is if you win and withdraw it is quick.

This company is ridiculous!! It can receive my deposit in 1 minute but claims that withdrawals can take 2 to 5 business days!!! Like WTH??? What a way to 1) have their customers continue to play out their winnings or 2) lose customers.... I did #1 twice because the withdrawals were small but this most recent one is a bit bigger.... hence, going with #2 once my funds are received, I will be closing my account. Totally idiotic as there are so many sites out there that have almost instantaneous withdrawals.... Beware and avoid this site.

After 3 months signed up to this casino, I started to win. I requested 2-3 withdrawals per week for about 3 weeks straight and without any explanation, they blocked my account! I got on a lucky streak and clearly they didn't like it. I am still going back and forth with their customer service to try and find out why I've been blocked and there's still no answers! At all! I was told "this was normal procedure". Very disappointing and worrying experience. I still have money locked in there and I don't know what to do.

This casino makes it appear that registration is easy with a few simple identifiers. Then after you play and look to make a withdraw, they go through an incredibly difficult process requiring multiple pieces of identification. I had such a bad experience with this Casino Site. This is a scam and do not expect any help from customer service. When I joined the Royal Panda, they did not ask for any verification. They let me withdraw a few times. But suddenly they asked for the documents to verify. I submitted my Id and address proof. I used 2 different cards to put some money as a deposit. First of all, it was shocking that they were asking for a debit/credit card picture to upload. But I still uploaded the debit card picture but they kept rejecting the document as they wanted me to upload both the card. It was so illogical to ask for pictures for both my cards then I talked to this customer service representative named Simon. He was doing the same thing just asking me to upload both card pictures. He was not even responding properly and reading what I was writing. With all the frustration I just closed the account without withdrawing my money from Royal Panda. my experience with Royal Panda Casino was a complete disaster. From the frustrating website design to the unhelpful customer support and convoluted withdrawal process, it's clear that this casino falls far short of providing a satisfactory gaming experience. I’m from Ontario and I had made an account a year ago.Yesterday I deposited $40 and ended up winning $120. Upon withdrawing, Royal Panda decided I needed to make a new account under their new Ontario license, removing all my funds completely. So essentially they let me play, spend money and then when I won they decided I’m not aloud to keep the money. I wouldn’t recommend Royal Panda for shady business practices.
