I have NEVER had withdrawal issues like this site!!! I’ve had the pleasure of playing on other casino sites and this is the first one that is trying desperately in every way to make my withdrawal of my winnings of $2100 impossible. I think they purposely have you wait 5 days for you to receive your withdrawal so that they can say it’s your bank that is is causing the delay and that your bank is to blame for the reason you have not received the funds. That’s funny because my bank has received many many many of my winnings from other casino sites with absolutely no issues. I don’t buy that excuse for one moment. I do not believe that it’s my bank that is not accepting the transaction. I believe they have my winnings on hold still and haven’t even forwarded it to my bank. My bank would have advised me about a declined transaction and would have sent it back after a few days.
With all this aggravation I have asked them to retract my withdrawal request and asked them then to decline my withdrawal and put it back in my account and they said they no longer have it. So my question is where is it? They said my bank it holding it and to contact them. So is this going to be a “he said she said” situation causing more issues? I still don’t buy it! Banks don’t hold funds like that! They told me they have to escalate this because it has past the 5 day requirement. Ya ok. I have to show proof now and show my bank statement. Which is fine but now causes another delay!! Really!!
If you play on this site and win, show your bank statement and deposit information right away to show proof so they won’t make you wait like me to collect your winnings. They will try everything to make you jump through hoops!!!! Make sure they see your name and deposit date information right away. Now I have to go to my bank and get a current bank statement. I’m not happy with this site and after this experience I don’t think it’s worth the aggravation. In regards to customer service in the beginning they are right there to help you and then watch out they do not like you asking questions. Once you do, they start to avoid you and make you wait for lengthy amounts of time!!! I laugh because you get a response email (a generic one of course saying we are sorry etc..,) do these complaints and do people get their winnings situation get rectified? If not I will go to Game or Commission and above until this situation is rectified! So I’ll wait for mine and it’ll say In sorry etc. Royal Panda Advice ..,, Royal Pain Indeed!

I don’t understand all negative comments about this casino. This Casino is legit and really good I think is one of the best casino out there. I recommend 100% the only thing that I haven’t done yet is withdrawn some money. I will keep you posted.

I just can't stop laughing at how terrible their customer service is. They don't understand basic problems, which leads to stupid suggestions on how to solve them; lazy support, they mix your name with someone else in the email. They send me an email with half a message; the rest is hanging somewhere. It is really terrible. And they are extremely slow, below industry standards.

Not accepting withdrawal
Have deposited plenty of money with no issues. I finally get what for me is a big win of $800, when I tried to withdraw it declined twice without notifying me or giving me a reason. I have provided all verification documents, and then after I went on to a live chat my account has been disabled. Total scam and obviously not going to be getting my money. Plan on taking this further with the gaming commission.

Royal panda casino is a scam and never paid me…
They are scammers and never paid me when ever i won anything more then $100. They made every possible excuse which was totally unrelated to the winning so that they don’t have to pay. They will ask details of expired credit card which I used 6 months ago to pay you for the winning amount today. They go dig in past n find excuses to make it impossible for winners to pay money. so they are doing this fraudulent activity and still functioning. I think government should’ve taken initiative to stop this scanner in Canada at least.

Check recent reviews in app state and play store , don’t get misguided by fake rating.

Withdraw did not work at first
This casino was going fine, I was winning and went to withdraw some of my winnings only to get an error that my balance was too low to withdraw. But I have $4,000 in the account?!? The live support said I had to clear my cache (on my phone?) and log out then back in again because on their end everything was fine. Finally I went to log back in and try again and now I can't gain access to the site at all. The login page is broken as of June 3 at 2AM. It is now June 4 at 9AM and I still can't gain access. This is not how a proper online casino should work. I think I've lost my money
***After several hours the site came back up and I did get my money but it was very frustrating thinking I had lost it.

Wow. Just terrible. I sign up, deposit $100, and lose it all in less than 20 minutes. I feel like I was just scammed. Just so many dead spins and not even a single feature. Cashing out is a ridiculous scam at Royal Panda
Still waiting on my withdrawal from late December. Royal Panda says that "outside company' does the payout and in order for them to 'troubleshoot' I had to send them my personal banking statement to PROVE that I was not paid. This is the FIRST step to get resolve instead of asking this 'outside company'. I provided that statement on Feb 2nd and now I have to wait for the investigation results. It has been 2 full weeks since proving to them that I was not paid. During this 2 months of not being paid I did not receive one single update from Royal Panda to let me know what is happening with my money. I have to inquire about it every 3-5 days. DO NOT GIVE THESE CRIMINALS YOUR MONEY. PLAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Read anything on their site carefully before you join. I only lost 100.00 (in five min). Games do not pay much at all so money goes quick. Any bonus they offer needs a 3,000.00 deposit. That wasn’t clear in their write up. I feel it’s a scam too like a lot of other people.
