Excellent & very quick dealt with a young man Arron was very good on the phone - clear and helpful - told me when I would receive my documents I had requested and they came when he said. Also the phone in service was quick to answer

Customer service of Royal London were very helpful especially Lorraine. I had some issues with my policies in the portal and she helped me resolve it. I raised my concerns later in the afternoon, so a bit too late for her to sort it out straight away, but she made sure to resolve it the next day. I'm very happy with her service and the way she dealt with the issue in a very professional manner. Thank you.
