Dave Porter

I had Dave Porter arrive to carry out a service on my power chair.
Dave has carried out maintenance on my chair on several occasions and is always friendly and knowledgeable.
I had an issue with my chair which he resolved.

Fantastic service

I had a very positive experience with Ross Care during the delivery of my wheelchair.

Mark Thurling, the engineer who visited from the South West London depot, was extremely kind, professional and patient. He took the time to explain clearly how to safely use the wheelchair and made sure both my daughter and I understood how everything worked before he left.

This support made a big difference to me, especially as this is new equipment that I will be relying on. I really appreciated the care and reassurance he provided during the visit.

Excellent service

Excellent service and highly recommended. The repair to my wheelchair was done by engineer Sean Taylor who was polite and very efficient. I've had several repairs and services by this company and would give ten stars if I could!

Nigel was extremely knowledgeable and…helpful

Nigel Wilson was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of time when he came to deliver my power chair. This included setting it up so that it was appropriate to me and giving instruction and advice as to how to use it.All clearly given with time to ask questions etc. He also took me out for a "test" drive . I was particularly nervous about going up and down steep hills here and he accompanied up and down the nearest one which greatly increased my confidence. Thank you!

Excellent service

Darren, the engineer, visited this morning soon after we reported a fault with my wheelchair. He rapidly diagnosed the fault and effected a repair, meaning I am mobile again!

Sean Taylor was very understanding…

Sean Taylor was very understanding about the fact that I was out when he came to service my government power chair and came back later that same day. I also explained about problems with my seat and the fact that it is mine (paid for by me) but no longer fits me because when the wheelchair services put the seat on their base for me they squashed in the sides of a brand new SOS postural seating base. I have tried Autobot seating and it did not suit me as I lean heavily on my seats and have a lot of spasm so the cushioning inside the outer shell sank in and was not supportive for my back and hips. Hence why it took me nearly 10 years to get a new seat as it was so expensive. I explained this to Shaun and he was very helpful and said he would arrange an appointment with the therapist. Since all this has happened I have had to save for a lot of years to get a new chair and a new seat as my government chair was so painful for me. I was only able to find the last little bit of money via my mum who has now passed. Shaun did as promised and the therapist rang the very next day. Thank you Shaun.
