I had a lighting problem recently and Dan got it resolved quickly and efficiently.

What truly stands out is Dan's polite, friendly and positive attitude which makes all the difference; always smiling and happy to help, even though he must have so much work to do here at Prospect Place.

I have owned my apartment for over 20 Years in prospect place. The one person that stands out from the rest is Dan on Maintainence … always ready to help and fast track any issues to management ..👍

Class guy! iv recently bought and moved into the building and Dan was super helpful with advice and electrical readings in my
First day. Then i had some issues with my balcony doors and even tho these aren't covered by maintenance dan was on hand came up straight away to help and fixed them for me! 10 out 10 helpful thank you so so much.

Joseph is super helpful in concierge. Offers a friendly welcome and always responds to requests with speed and clarity. Makes a big difference.

Many times , I just wanted to leave a review about him because he’s a top guy, always happy to help, I was about to kill someone because my fire alarm wouldn’t go off, Doug came straight over and put me some new batteries in, he also helped with a few other issues I had in the apartment, including several leaks from the roof, which he had to report, nothing is ever a problem!

Cath, Glynn and Josh are absolutely brilliant!!! 5 STARS HANDS DOWN! They always ensure that the site is maintained to a fantastic standard, crystal cleaned, if something is wrong on site they immediately get to it and resolve it and so much more! I am very impressed with the amount of work Cath, Glynn and Josh do. They're such lovely, down to earth people too. Always a pleasure to speak to them and thank you so much for being you :) From Tom x

Dan thr handy man is always around and quick, extremely helpful, he did paint all the ceiling and sorted the leaks, always help when ever needed, also lent us a dehumidifier to help clear the damp in the apartment.

Excellent team in prospect place and great overall. They really helped us with all the cladding issues and run the estate better than anyone else has in years. It clean, well maintained and staff are responsive. Particular shout out to the night security team, the cleaners and the gardeners who all do an excellent job

I believe Ringley’s group working at prospect place are very professional, trustworthy and providing their services with care and passion. They are keen on helping tenants and leaseholders and providing a relaxing environment. Their cutting short unnecessary expenses to reduce our management costs is well noticed. The staff at the concierge are always available and address any problems we encounter with patience and smile. I still remember that incident when I lost my wallet one night and the night shift ( was Mr. Mustafa ) helped me search for it, and retrieve it. All I can say guys thank you and keep the good work 👍

Joseph in the conceirge is so helpful and is always there with a big smile. He’s gone out of his way to help me after I couldn’t find my parcels, always a pleasure to speak to

My experience with Ringley is great because ofJoseph O'brien, from Consierge,he makes all the problems we have disappear, with the way he deals with everything, calm, friendly and efficiently. He has gone above and beyond since he first started, but not sure when that was so made up my date. Asset to this company, we all agree

Dan came and sorted my extractor fan after I had a leak from the flat above. Very helpful and professional. Sorted everything out very quickly
