On-site staff are very helpful! The guidebooks and info was incredibly helpful for new renters — everything was clear and well-explained, which made the whole process so much easier. Joanne in particular was amazing! She was so friendly, warm, and easy to talk to, and really went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Very happy!

Moved into an apartment 6 months ago, can’t say iv really had any issues but anything that has needed resolved the caretaker Steve has always been very helpful and prompt in resolving things and good communication

Steve the caretaker was superb. If we had any issues, which were rare, he was able to get them sorted very quickly & efficiently. The maintenance of the building & grounds was very good - all down to him. I would certainly recommend staying there.

Steve is a great guy always ready to help and finding ways to resolve issues.he was always attending to my requests and did all he could to resolve them.
Friendly with a great sense of humour and knows how to respectfully deal with people.
I saw he is a great team player how he related with the colleagues on some occasions

I will recommend him for any position going forward.

Hunslet house Corby is my first Ringley home and I have to say I’m very impressed. A very lovely development, the onsite gym and communal space won me over when viewing.
After moving in the caretaker Steve is a great guy, he’s knows everything about the building and the people in it. I had a few minor issues within the house and he was always available to advise or even fix himself. He’s on site early everyday ensuring the site is kept in good condition, from the bins outside to the corridors and car park! This site is well managed and serviced and without Steve this place wouldn’t be the way it is now. I love it here!

I moved at hunslet wich is under ringley the guy steve whose the caretaker and other office staff they listen and try help you find a solution to your problems none of them

Ringley Cleaners are fantastic at Prospect Place, Cardiff. They consistently go above and beyond, tackling some truly difficult cleaning jobs with professionalism, patience, and care. Their attention to detail and positive attitude make a huge difference — highly recommended!

I live in prospect place (lady isle house and wanted to thank Kath and Glynn for a wonderful job they are doing in keeping the place clean and today. I’ve witnessed they go above and beyond of what they need or should be doing and have thanked them for doing this. They always great me with smiling faces! Sarah

Joanne was extremely helpful and patient during my viewing of the Mailbox. She answered all my questions and were able to explain the options that she can offer to facilitate my move-in. She was also very helpful to answering further questions via email and guiding me throughout the tenancy process.

Shocking service.

we have carried out works to a commercial space and Ringley are making all sorts of excuse to delay payment.
They are impossible to speak to, everyone is always "busy" and cannot answer calls..... I am concerned they are about to go out of business, and they owe us a lot of money!

Specifically karl.bradley at Ringley.co.uk NEVER availble to speak to, I can speak to Elon Musk easier!

I recently moved into One Lampton Road and have had a great experience so far. The building itself is modern, clean, and well maintained, with a really convenient location.

She’s been responsive, friendly, and always willing to sort out any issues quickly. Her support really made the whole moving experience smooth and stress-free.

I have recently moved into a lovely one bed apartment in Great Ormes House.
Moving as a single individual is quite challenging at the best of times however whilst I was struggling to move boxes from my car to the lift, a lovely guy called Dan that was carrying out some electrical testing at the time, immediately asked me if I would like to use the sites trolley to assist me with the heavy boxes!!!
Super helpful and such a lovely welcome to your site!!! He’s an asset!

The cleaning crew at Prospect Place in Cardiff is always friendly and competent. Very pleased with them.

I just need to tell someone how fantastic the cleaning and maintenance crew in lady isle house ferry court Cardiff. 5 star service.

My company appointed Ringley Group in April 2025 as its managing agent. Sadly they are not living up to my expectations in several ways.
Some of their staff are really helpful but others not so but are argumentative and insistent on their bizarre interpretation of the lease regarding the service charges year despite it being clearly stated in the lease. Tail wagging dog, so to speak.
I am hoping things will improve in the future.
To further elaborate, the lease clearly states that the accounts year end date is 31st December. The Ringley Group bespoke software, however, calculates the accounts year end date as 24th March; which is clearly incorrect but Ringley Group don't see this as the programming error it obviously is and refuse to correct it.
For the sheer absurdity of the situation I have deducted another star.

Dan the maintenance man at Prospect place in Cardiff was a great help when we suffered a leak. He liaised with myself, the tenants at the flat below and helped to find a plumber for me. It was reassuring to know that the Ringley team were caring and considerate.

I work closely with the Ringley team at Prospect Place on a daily basis as we carry out the remediation works. Suzanne and Lindsey have been extremely helpful in assisting us with various tasks around the estate. We have developed a great working relationship and hope to maintain this collaboration throughout the duration of the project.
