Karen Marijewko has been amazing from start to finish. This sale has been an emotional one for me and my children and having Karen as our Move Manager has made the whole thing so much easier and never ran out of patience with me missing almost every single phone call 😂 sorry for that! I recently found myself in the position of putting up for sale my late father’s property. At what was a difficult time personally with his passing the Professional service I received from day one of the process from Liz at Kendall’s was excellent, her empathetic approach, attention to detail and superb communication guided me seamlessly through the whole process.It was really refreshing that this day and age there are still professionals like Liz who are at the top of their respective professions. I would without hesitation recommend Kendall’s Estate Agents to anyone looking for a top level service with friendly and approachable staff.

Elizabeth Cooke(Liz)
Elizabeth Cooke(Liz) was always patient,warming and understanding. Her communication was clear , concise and offered in a professional manner.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for Liz,her guidance +reassurance made the buying + selling process less stressful.
One thing you can expect is a warm welcoming "Hello ,how are you" ? from Liz.
Unfortunately I never had the pleasure of meeting lovely Liz in person ( entirely my fault).
A great asset to the team at Kendalls.

Our weekly point of contact
Our weekly point of contact - Karen Marijewko - was what made the experience so good. She was highly efficient, knowledgeable, direct and friendly.
They were also the only estate agents who didn't try and push us towards the auction option - which clearly benefits the agent more than the seller.

Very professional
Recently had dealings with Jessica Judd at Richard Kendall in Horbury regarding a rental proprty I now intend to sell. Jessica was so efficient and helped me with a number of questions.
